Nothing. The room is was dirty and the toilet was broken and the room wasn?t even made up. If there were any ratings below 0, those ratings would have been more accurate.

Everything. Will not stay there again and will let anyone who knows who intends to stay there. In fact, more members of my family stayed there had had several issues with the University Inn.

Yes, I was getting bad smoke smell when entered hotel promises and with kids and family definitely not recommended

The parking lot was being worked on so there was a lot of uneven surfaces and dirt.

The cleaning staff took all of my food and my eyedrops during their clean up of the room. That was extremely upsetting to me.

Under construction.?could not pull into hotel parking upon check-in (and there were guests who could not get their cars out to leave). The construction noise (banging, sawing & hammering) began well before 7:00am and was located right next to our room

Bed was not queen size as advertised. No Pool as advertised - under construction. No coffee/tea in room.

The room was clean

The so called simming pool was under construction and there was debris and rubbish all around.

Breakfast is good for quick bite in the morning.

Facility is old, need to replace it, like air-conditioning is very noisy. The toilet consistently running water. Another inconvenience is not enough plug in for electrical devices to charge.

The room looks nice and has a small dining table available.

Every surface in our room has a layer of dust. Just look like no one has stayed or cleaned our room for long time, and we ended up wipe down those surfaces. Options for breakfast are limited. Not worth paying more than $--- for a night over weekend!

Close to Cal Poly campus, clean, and great continental breakfast. I love that there was no carpet on the floor in the room!

Very accommodating staff and a great location

Rooms could use some updating, but great value for the price.

Old, run down, bathroom looked sloppy, like it was painted by the child. And the shower head made a high pitched squealing noise.

What I liked most was the price and location. Parking was not an issue and the room we had was a nice size. The TV worked and we had HBO. Check in and out were easy and fast.

The beds were as hard as a rock. We purchased a room with 2 Queen beds but received 2 double beds and was not reimbursed. The refrigerator was unplugged and I found that out the hard way. The room looked clean but the TV remote was grimy and sticky.

Everything appeared clean, but well worn. The towels were more grey than white and the bathmat had a tear. Breakfast was super basic - enough cheap food there to check the box.

The room appeared to have been updated recently but it was done wth poor workmanship. Terrible wall patching Sealing between tub and shower wall was inferior and poor color choice. Paint in bathroom was badly done. Bath counter top too old

the towels are so so Thin and the blanket is so rough on skin. the continental breakfast, you gotta check that on your own...
