- Good location near my work financial district and near convenience stores, pubs, restaurants and shops. I like that the AC is not loud and could sleep comfortably. You can adjust the flap on the AC to point it down so you can feel the airflow.

Cons -
- The smell is weird. There is only one elevator that is very slow. I was at the eighth floor so had to wait quite a while. The walls are thin; you can hear vacuuming and people walking in the hallways. The shower floor feels slimy and has black mold.
- Carpet in the rooms and hall, the elevator was a bit old.
- Elevator was out of order for multiple days and there was no urgency to fix it. We were on the 7th floor.
