The parking was convenient, the room was clean, and check in was available 24/7
Easy to find, accessible to stores, public transportation, quiet neighborhood away from street dwellers and muggers.
I have weird working hours and this hotel ALWAYS accomadates me and I appreciate that. Everyone working there is courteous and pleasant, I think its a family ran establishment and they all stay on the same page [ie I don't have to repeat any requests or]

Cons -

Rooms are extreamly small
I have no other complaints and dislikes against the hotel. I'm satisfied my overnight stay.
There's a giant light in the parking lot that shines directly into the room. Even though the shades were closed, the window was so bright I couldn't tell if it was night or day. I kept waking up thinking it was morning. Bad night sleep.
