ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WAS GOOD ABOUT THIS PLACE. STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!

WE HATED EVERYTHING. THE ROOM FILTHY AND DISGUSTING. STAINS EVERYWHERE EVEN WHAT LOOKED LIKE BLOOD. THEY DONT EVEN WIPE THE DOOR OR THE FLOORS. THEY HAVE BEDBUGS MY DAUGHTER GOT BIT. OVER ALL EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS ROOM WAS DISGUSTING.

Where do I start. This place was an absolute dump. Key card didn’t work tv remote control didn’t work bath towels were dirty and soiled. Hair was in bathtub. AC was broken.

The prices were fair for two nights but we didn’t stay the second night because we didn’t feel comfortable staying another night.

The quality of the hotel and room itself was really poor. The room had broken or stained furniture and outdated fixtures. The floor felt dirty and there was sloppy caulking and repairs done to the bathroom shower and sink. Overall just not a nice stay.

It didn't have bedbugs, which is pretty much all I could hope for after checking in and seeing the room.

The room was very dirty. The furniture and the duvet on the bed had cigarette burns. The hot water in the shower didn't work. The heater also leaked a large amount of water all over the floor.

The mattress was still covered with plastic and the shower looked like it had a little mold.

everything was worn down. the door didn't lock when closed. many light fixtures didn't work. It wasn't a safe location. old elevator barely worked. dirty towels folded nicely for me to use. breakfast area was inadequate vs other choice properties.

The staff was welcoming and friendly. Checking n was easy.

Hotel could be kept up better. 12? diameter hige stain on carpet inside front door.

The Staff was very nice and professional, they accommodated my late check-in and also gave us a little extra time to check out. Good breakfast and the location is pretty good, with lots of nearby places to eat and very close to the Freeways.

The room is in need of some updating and repairs, the refrigerator is a bit old, it's noisy & hummed all night. The bathtub stopper wasn't working properly, it couldn't drain so I had to shower in about 6 inches of cold water, the water "NEVER" got hot!

Location

Incredibly dirty, literally pictures, walls, ceiling stained. Curtains wouldn't close and you couldn't adjust shower knob. Warm wasn't cold, but not warm either... frustrating.

Close to freeway and close to many conveniences

The breakfast room was not accessible and there was nobody in the lobby to assist. I picked this hotel so I would not have to make an extra stop for breakfast before my early morning meeting. I ended up having to go somewhere else for breakfast.

Breakfast and the location parking lot had great lighting which made me feel safe. Great price

Outdated . Moldy smell ! Needs updating and the crack heads in the area make it feel unsafe

Thus hotel was awful from all the broken stuff to all the homeless people.did have free breakfast but the lady thought a hotel guest as a homeless guy ¿¿

Very clean, Newly painted and great breakfast.

The room was painted. I found old yogurt in my fridge that was expired. The room had a funky smell and they wouldn't change my room. There is a big drywall patch 2ft by 4dt in the ceiling that looks completely different than the rest.

It had 4 walls, decent water pressure

The breakfast sign says 630 but the manager doesn't start it until 7. When I asked the manager about it he told me it was complimentary and McDonald's was open at 630am. Next to hwy 101 and loud. Not a good part of town. Room smells nasty

The receptionist was not friendly, and the breakfasts were poor terrible the lunch area was dirty. the room was dirty with dust in the edges, the door was broken in the room.

Helpful staff in breakfast area

First room we were assigned had no lights in sink area. Second room has soaked carpet around the heater/airconditioner. We moved out of that room into a third room, only to find in the middle of the night that the sink was plugged.
