It was safe, secure, very clean and nice.

It felt like we were in our own private resort. It felt like a mini vacation it was one on the most suprisingly, enjoyable places we've stayed. We came for a baseball tournament and everyone just can't wait to come back !

Honestly there was nothing we didn't like. I just can't wait to come back when the weather is warmer !

It clean and near to where I’m doing my business at.Had my own garage which is easier to unload your personal belongings.

I thought the bar and beverages was free.

Really stunning property with old growth olive trees, newly built little house type room, and a beautiful coffee shop on site. Rooms are design-forward and stunning. Obviously, whoever designed these spaces has great taste. The property is between the highway and a surface street so there is some road noise but I didn’t find it too bothersome. Rooms are well insulated. Really liked that my room has a designated parking spot in its own garage structure right outside my door. Felt very safe and secure.

It was clean and easy access to the freeway

The room was extremely small , toilet was in the shower which was also very small, shower water did not stay warm for very long and the hygiene products were just left on the floor of the shower, the parking situation was very strange and there was a work truck taking up the parking space that was designated for the room I booked, the heater/ac unit in the room was very loud and did not heat the room very well. I wouldn’t pay the price to stay there again, the photos online were very deceiving compared to the room in person.

Beautiful grounds. Nice design in rooms! Comfortable beds. Very clean. Coffee in rooms was also great!

The curbless shower did get water everywhere, and made the bathroom floor very slippery! Might make it very dangerous for an elder person.

Clean, new, convenient

The toilet is in the shower. Very strange. I have not stayed at a contactless place before. It was strange.

I think the owner said that they spent 5 million dollars remodelling the place, and I did love the luxurious style in the rooms (though perhaps not the toilet in the shower). Very stylish. I was particularly impressed by the HVAC, which is like those in top hotels in its ultra quiet and effective operation. AC units can be so deafening in some motels. This one was fantastic. The room itself was small but spotless. The landscaping around the pool is very attractive. If you have children or valuables, you will appreciate the high security afforded by the solid wall-like 'gate' that is shut except when in use to let a car in or out. I liked being able to park right next to our room. High quality sheets.

- lengthy process to jump through all the hoops needed to be approved to stay at this hotel, reading the contract, uploading front and back of driver's license and a selfie too, etc. (Be sure to screenshot every screen and keep all the emails and read the contract and all the rules and policies carefully.)- difficult to find the place due to the wall-like solid gate, and the gate did not let us in until just before 4pm (most hotels have a checkin time of 3pm. Not this one.)- loud train honking & busy road noise- $250 security deposit, to be returned (though that can take 7 to 10 days, they say) if you pass the checkout inspection. (We brought and used our own sheets just to be sure we did not dirty the sheets). If I ever again consider booking a non-standard hotel with a security deposit, I will take into account that some reviewers may not feel able to be entirely honest, for fear of losing their security deposit.- owner came to our room 3 times to give us pool towels etc., instead of just giving them to my husband when he went to the office to ask for them.- short pool hours - if staying only one night you might not be able to swim at all!- deceptive photo of pool - it is barely big enough for 2 people- pool the dirtiest I have ever swum in, with large amounts of debris including dead wasps, and I got caught in long hairs 3 times in the short time I was in it, and the cushioned pool loungers had long hairs on them.- within minutes of my posting a 3/5 star review on another site (and 3 out of 5 stars felt generous but I had wanted to be kind!), the owner came to express her extreme displeasure at great length, accusing me of defamation and demanding that I take the review down. She wanted me to take it down and sign something in return for a pro-rata refund. I would rather lose money than do something so shady, so I did not sign anything. I have never experienced such unprofessional behaviour from a hotel/motel owner before.

What a gem! It is Airbnb style with no office check in. This made check in and check out so easy. The pool was beautiful and relaxing. The staff was more than accommodating. If in Modesto again I will definitely stay here!

There is not an ice machine or snack machines on property. Come prepared!

Location worked well for us. Property has been heavily refurbished and is very stylish. Bed was very comfortable.

Property is in an industrial area near railroad tracks. Has an electric gate and feels like that is needed. Property is an old motor motel, so building is dated. No staff on site which made check in/out complicated.

Very beautifully landscaped and comfortable rooms. Gated parking right st your door.

Rooms were not fully equipped, though it was not a problem. The checkout inspection was done smoothly. But when we left, staff accused us of theft - the waffle robe was missing (we never saw it there, never used and never taken it, but they charged us 100 $ )The location is very noisy (roads and honking trains all night) and for late check-in there is no staff on site, who could provide any earplugs (even though I am not sure they have it )Staff happened to be scammers. The way they do business is very upsetting.

Rooms were small we had to wait about 30 mins outside the gate because we never received the code for gate . So I called property to let her know ,land she ended up letting us in . Our $250 deposit was kept for a lemonade spill on the linens and I didn’t receive a receipt for why my deposit went from pending to cleared , so I reached out n the staff let me know that the linens were damaged and that they are pottery barn sheets she said they will wash it to see if it lifts and get back to me , I let her know as I was unpacking I pulled my bottled drink out my bag n tossed in bed and didn’t notice it was not closed correctly so it leaked a bit , but it was only lemonade it will come out . I recently followed up yesterday and have not heard back . Needless to say it ended up being a very expensive get away for my husband and I.

Looked like a brand new renovation. Clean room with comfortable beds and roomy bathroom.

On busy road and loud train going by several times overnight. No staff on site. Just codes to get into gate and room. Nobody there to help with code to check out pool area.

At night the train and freeway may wake you up. No good options available to eat a breakfast inside the hotel.

The property was very clean, modern and inviting.

It was clean and just looked really nice. Best part is that all the rooms are separated and have their own parking.
