At least it was vaguely close to Midtown.

The room was poorly cleaned on arrival. I got there and found a tack on the ground. There was barely enough towels; and they were mostly useless.

Not much

No heat in the room .. froze all night. TV did not work .. and large (12"D) hole in the wall. Much worse than the online rating!

I can tell they're trying to improve the area.

There was no microwave, no trash cans, and the refrigerator didn't work.

The large fridge. And the king bed.

I wish the internet had been up to speed. But other than that I look forward to staying with you again.

The whole place was a dump, bad area

It was close to everything I needed and easy to get to the major freeways. The staff were all friendly and front desk staff were really easy going easy and helpful

Wifi was on but useless. It couldn't load one page in 20 minutes.

Low security deposit

The hotel is dirty. The room needs to have maintaince done. The microwave was broken did not work the plugs in the room did not work the air conditioner barely worked this hotel needs to be shut down.

Owner was rude and harassed my 11 year old autistic son! Room was nasty. Dirty. Smelled. Broken shelf¿s on wall Nasty stained sheets No microwave

Room itself was adequate

There was urine in the toilet which tells me it was not cleaned prior to my entry (yellow water which disappeared when it was flushed).

Nothing at all... Actually that there's no extra cost after I paid online.

Plenty... The bed bug found on one of the beds.. the filthy floor the drawer on the night stand didn't pull all the way out and barely at all but what you could see was food/tobacco etc.. And I couldn't get my $900 back?

Nothing. My first room was Dirty they had soda all over floor.so I Change rooms. Then the Second room smelled like cigarettes really bad. So I asked for another room.and that room has ok but the smoke detector was beeping I had to call them to fix it.

booking was super easy.

parking lot is very small with little room, lots of noisy people screaming & yelling at each other, not the safest feeling area, also the sheets were dirty, but we were so tired we just slept in our clothes.

There were spiders in my room crawling off of the ceiling and then the landscaping people were blowing their bloweres way to early in the morning right in front of my door...i wasnt even able to sleep..very rude

The price, and that's the only thing. Even then, it was overpriced for what I endured.

Everything. I felt unsafe as people beat on my door until 4am while fighting on the balcony. Phone was broken. Some outlets broken. Lighting was exposed old-school fluorescent bulbs, no warm/cozy lighting, no lamps. The worst place I've stayed, ever.

The exterior areas and parking lot are well lit.

The first room they gave us smelled like smoke, so we asked for a new room. After we got our keycard, the employee came out and started smoking.. The second room was fine, but it didnt feel clean. You could hear everything through the door and walls.

Noisy location, half the outlets in the room did not work. Advertised breakfast was not available before 730 am. Staff seemed tired and disorganized. Should be a one star hotel.

It was great that they allowed us to leave our vehicle in their parking lot while we toured the city. It was helpful that they had a working elevator for the benefit of my elderly father.

The shower did not drain and looked extremely dirty. I let the front desk know and they simply said sorry about that- nothing more. I was unable to take a shower that day! I was extremely disappointed! They have long term renters- up all night smoking!!
