Completely fenced making it seem like it could be dangerous

I was tired needed a room. Another negative very hard to get into parking lot very small driveway. Hallway smelled. Only positive Bed was comfortable

Was charged a $200 deposit that won’t be returned for seven days and charged $30 nonrefundable fee I was not told about for the deposit, manager said pay $200 in cash and he would give it back to you in the morning, however I already paid on cc too late.

Comfortable bed, large room and bathroom with a tub.

Carpet was dated

The best bread wasn't clean, had spaghetti stains and crumbs in the bed and roaches

Overall the room was good, the staff was awesome

Parking was not good, spaces are limited and lots of people were double parked, also the mattresses were not very comfortable

Spa not functioning. Toilet seat had rough spots. Had to ask for bath towels. Only one was in the room when we checked in.

I took my grandson to sac for his birthday to go to the skate parks there. I tried to rent a room with 2 queens in it but they didn¿t have one available. So I chose one with the two kings. When we went up to the room it turned out to be the CAPITAL SUITE

I did t car for thenparking area. Very right and I drive an extended cab long wheel base Silverado. Most of the vehicles there had taken up their spot and a portion of the other leaving little to no room to park. I had to park at the end of the building.

Check-in was friendly, bathroom was not cleaned well. I had to wipe the toilet and sink before using them. Check-out was not polite.

The room was very nice n loved the breakfast!

Getting to the hotel was ok but going out was not good!

Staff is great. Free breakfast.

The shower water pressure was a bit low.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic but well organized.

Location is a bit awkward given how its entry is placed on the road.

Clean room, great bed, good heating system, pleasant staff, easy parking, and excellent breakfast.

Their breakfast buffet is the best ever - bar none! Rooms are very clean and quite large.

Highway/driveway access is a bit difficult, and parking is somewhat limited for the number of rooms.

We came back to this hotel after a positive experience. Unfortunately the 2nd time wasn't as pleasurable. We waited for quiet awhile at the front desk while staff continued their personal conversation. Our room smelled of stale cigarettes.

During our stay we had a medical incident at the pool and the staff could not have been more professional and made us feel safe and got the care we needed thru calling of 911 in prompt and timely manner. The hotel room was clean and comfortable.

We liked the indoor swimming pool and conbreakfast buffet. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms had a 42" tv.it was great.

Swimming pool was a bit small. A bit far from down town.

Up to date ,clean and roomy. Great experience. Would definitely stay again.

Access. Only one way to get in and out so had to drive around the block if you wanted to go north, south or east. The only way in was if you were heading south on Power Inn Rd. Parking was cramped.

Our room was much nicer and considerably larger than the 3 star room we just stayed at in San Francisco. Plus it had a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and a free breakfast. It is also very close to UC Davis Medical Center. We will stay again.
