Housekeeper used a strong cleaning agent, that kept us outside for 25mins, I don't like strong cleaning agents as I react to them badly.

When I booked it, I was under the impression that it offered shuttle service. It was stated in the details when I booked. It did not

The bed was extremely comfortable!

The parking is horrible. The towels are low quality and were scratchy. Also there were not enough trash cans in the room, especially the kitchen.

Great location for our drive to and from Oregon to Southern CA. Clean comfortable rooms, great amenities, pet friendly very important to us and outstanding customer service. We will definitely return!

Clean Comfortable Marriott

I didn't care for the apartment style set up of this hotel as I had to walk to my room in the rain with my luggage so everything was wet when I got in the room. Everything else was fantastic

I LIKE THE UPGRADES WHERE THE BREAKFAST AREA THEY PUT IN NEW FURNITURE AND ADDED A BAR.

I WOULDN'T SAY NOT LIKED BUT I WAS SURPRISED A HOTEL IN SACRAMENTO CHARGE $10 PER NIGHT PER VEHICLE FOR YOUR VEHICLE.

Rooms were clean and staff was friendly.

Breakfast was a bit repetitive but still good.

The hotel was comfortable, safe, and had good coffee in the morning.

Our room faced the freeway and it was louder than was ideal.

I did not like this hotel.

The rooms were not very clean. Found two bugs - one was a very large cockroach. The shower didn't drain. Underneath the bed was very dirty.

The staff were excellent and the amenities were appreciated. Only suggestion would be to have the hot tub actually hot and repair the jets.

Ants I had to fight with and the light in middle of room hanging low. The bath tub did not have slip resistance mats. Communication with staff.

Believe Hotels in your system should update when being remodeled When not offering transportation (COVID protocol was dropped in the State) and finally food options and finally afternoon social activities

Hotel was in a great location, very close to downtown while also having some kind of privacy being towards the back of the road.

Parking was always an issue. There's parking spots available in the daytime, but at night it gets packed and depending on where your room is located you have to park on the other side of the complex.

The studio room was large, well appointed, and clean!

The wall/door insulation is poor, we could hear a group across the hall in another room and that kept us awake, despite calling the front desk. Someone mistakenly came up with extra towels late at night, wrong room, woke us up.
