Clean and good quality

The hotel counter help (staff) forgot to give back my drivers license; I retrieved the next morning.

Both check-in and checkout staff were very nice. Clean sheets and towels. Beds were comfortable. Central location to downtown.

The floors in the bathroom had not been cleaned, hairs all over the floors! It was very noisy, people yelling outside, cars speeding. The breakfast was NOT what was pictured on their webpage.

Room was unfit, needed to find alternative lodging.

Room was filthy and smelly. Mold and dirt and hair blowing out of the AC unit. Neighborhood felt unsafe.

Location was great for the convention center. Staff was available and nice.

Breakfast was below expectations and parking was not sufficient. Room was clean but smelled very musty.

While this is an older hotel, the room was well maintained and clean, even though there was a lot of cracking lines on one of the bathroom walls.

The air conditioner/heater was a combo unit under the window and was very loud. It would come on all of a sudden and I feel that every time it came on, I would awake. Breakfast was at 7am (late) and limited. Waffles, apples, cereal, but no bananas.

We ended up not staying here once we saw the property. No one came to the front desk, answered our calls, it looked like a homeless shelter. Smelled, outdated, and looked like their customers were living out of their cars in their parking lot.

Maids walked in our room twice without knocking. Not enough towels. Our first room smelled like cigarettes so bad we had to switch

Pool was closed due to covid¿-was not mentioned on their website and the pool was the reason I chose the hotel. Also the continental breakfast was canceled due to covid. Price was not discounted and staff was not apologetic at all. This information needs

I always stay here when in the Sacramento area. The staff amazing great location and always clean.

Free parking and complimentary toiletries

wifi stopped working after the first day. Kind of a sketchy area. I'm pretty sure my neighbor was selling drugs out of their room.

The manager was very courteous and helpful. The location was ideal to see the sights of the city. The room was kept clean and serviced throughout my 2 night stay.

AC didnt work and staff were rude, but the cleaning ladies were nice!

Not a dislike but an observation. Bathroom floor was tile and even with the heat high it was like walking on ice blocks to use the toilet.

Hotel was easy to find and room was very clean with modern decor. Location was good for downtown events. Staff were friendly and check in was smooth.

Room was very small and parking spots were super tight with low clearance. Pool area was uninviting, dated and in need of updates.

Clean. Easy to get to the room. Staff let me keep my car there until mid-afternoon to finish my conference.

Strange crowd noises from the street after midnight. A little scary.

There was a old cup left in the refrigerator, one of the towels was dirty, and the bed sheets had stains.
