- Service guest desk staff were not helpful regarding issue with our room; off-putting.
- Just wish I knew the room had its own heating and cooling system the first night. Figured it out later.

Waterfront location and proximity to most historic attractions
Just wish I knew the room had its own heating and cooling system the first night. Figured it out later.
Room entrance to small for my shoulders. Toilets flushing was old fashion which was nice however the flush was way to loud. Security was non-existent They provide a complimentary breakfast coupon which I actually paid for and didn't use the 2nd day.
Location on River is beautiful and the condition & upkeep of the boat is really good!
Under the circumstances under Covid, mishaps or staffing was obvious that everyone was doing the best they could.
Decent breakfast, location,
Hotel doesn't provide tooth paste and tooth brush in a room, it had to be purchased at a front desk, for a relatively high price compare to any drug store or wall mart, wine bottle opener is not aveilable in room nor at front desk, unless u ready tobbuy 1
Great history
Room very dated
Uniqueness of staying on a river boat.
Breakfast service was less than expected.
History¿ charming¿ the staff were so nice!
This place was beautiful. I loved the fact that front desk was welcoming and new how to recommend places to see what what to eat. Definitely coming back again.
Great location right in downtown. Unique experience staying on a paddle wheel boat. Excellent during the holiday season with lights, activities and the polar express right out the front door.
Not unexpected, historic properties have odd sized rooms and wear and tear.
The location is great.
We got late check out but someone still opened our door at 1030 while I was in bed.

It was in a great location and the ship itself was beautiful. The staff was very friendly and the price was as great, especially for the quality of the room.
Breakfast was a little funky in that only two of the menu items were available but that was such a minor issue compared to the quality of the rooms and the great food at dinner.
The location was great. Good walking distance
The room could have had a few updates. The door barely locked which was un nerving.
Loved the location! It's a unique experience but expect the rooms and bathroom to be small as it's an old boat. We enjoyed cocktails at sunset in the lovely lounge. Not having parking is also a bit of a challenge. All staff we encountered were professional and accommodating. Overall, a wonderful memory!
A very small bathroom for 2 persons. No parking is an issue.
Don’t stay in room 324...
The rooms are small. It’s too noisy. My rooms are located next to lobby. I can hear the staff speaking at 1 am. The toilet door doesn’t close. The carpet needs to change.
This hotel is SO cool. I mean it’s a room on a boat, on the river. Small but very cozy room. It felt very pre-iceberg Titanic. The dining room was also very cool. Right in old town so walkable to restaurants, shops, etc.
The parking is valet only so it takes awhile to call for the car.
Location was good, close to where our event was held
Too loud! Walls too thin and sea lions outside window would not stop “barking”. This facility is of course historic and nostalgic… but not a great venue to sleep overnight.
Excellent location to explore old town Sac.
Sea lions a little noisy.
