Inn Off Capitol Park, an Ascend Collection Hotel

Location was close to the activities we had planned.

Parking. We paid for parking and when we came back from dinner the lot was full. They don’t count the spots vs. how many people they charge for parking.

Friendly staff, very clean. Location in walking distance to many things. Complimentary Starbucks coffee was nice.

Not really.

The hotel access was great. I could get everywhere I needed to go easily. Once I started exploring on foot I found some amazing places to eat.

They were doing some maintenance on the roof and it seemed that they were pounding on the roof almost every day. The hotel was not full so putting me somewhere there was no work going on would have been better. I did not like having to pay for parking.

the fact that it is newly renovated and the location was prime.

the people next door to us was loud and partying ALL NIGHT outside of our door!!! couldn't sleep.

Location was great: close to capitol building, just a few blocks either direction to restaurants, pubs, coffee places, etc, yet quiet tree lined street. We slept great- comfortable bed, quiet, temp controlled in unit, compact but well designed space.

atrium was warm and not being used due to Covid, but I think under other conditions would be a nice additional place to be.

The staff were super friendly and helpful and it was clean, simply decorated, and quiet.

The top blanket on the bed had a bloodstain, which is obviously not the end of the world, we did determine the sheets were all washed and fresh though. Coffee pot comes with tea packets but it came out tasting like coffee- to be expected.

Location is very close to the capitol grounds. I also liked that Luna's was on the same block. I ended my evenings there before returning to my room.

Easy walk to Resources Building - the location is the thing

Very clean room and it had all the essential amenities (even microwave and fridge), friendly staff which made me feel right at home and best of all breakfast was also included. I had a very pleasant first experience and would stay at this hotel again.

It would've been a total package if parking was free. Other than that, everything else was great.

The heating system did not work through out the night and could not sleep. Except for that everything was fine .

A small boutique hotel located conveniently downtown. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

They have a small parking garage, so it's first-come, first-serve. It was full when we got back from dinner one night, so we had to park on the street.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Went here for our honeymoon and they treated us like royalty. Literally the best service I've had for a hotel at this price.

Just a quikc Lyft ride from our cousin's wedding site. The reception, housekeeping, and breakfast service staff were very professional and welcoming.

The location and convenience.

Our room 305 was at the end with noise from the street. Very noisy, I didn't sleep well.

A/C did not work in the room at all.. fan wouldn't even blow. Cleaning staff was going around knocking on doors around 8am on a Saturday morning, banging things around, slamming doors, speaking loudly to one another across the courtyard area.

The hotel was extremely clean and very centrally located, so that walking to a variety of places is possible!

Parking costs $10, should you be able to secure a spot in the small garage. (The fee can be refunded if you cannot find a spot, though!) Also, be mindful of noise from the street. (Earplugs are provided in the rooms!)

The location was perfect.

The amount of noise was completely unacceptable. Anytime someone left or returned to his/her room, the doors would echo and wake us. It's hard to recommend a place for sleeping which does not permit it.

The hotel was clean and cute! I loved the enclosed courtyard where there was casual sitting and an awesome complimentary breakfast each morning. This hotel was a short walk to the Convention Center--loved walking thru the Rose Garden in Capital Park.
