The rooms are clean and its quite there.

The doors dont lock well and in the the unit I was in the AC/heater unit had wire where the vent was and it didnt seem to work very well

Location. Rooms available in a city that's booked up from a festival. Coffee in the lobby. But only in the morning. The staff is friendly and helpful. My room was clean. The grounds are maintained daily. My air conditioning was excellent!

The rooms are sparse in furniture. No refrigerator or microwave, tissues, or extra seating. I stayed 2 nights, and the room keys are reset daily. I wished they would tell you at the first key that you will have to get a new key every day of your stay. And limited parking. The lot was full both days. People had to park on the street.

Great value for money and location.

The people hanging out around the stairways and walkways. The noise, load TV at 4am. You are running a business and you need security to address the loitering and noise.

The location was good for me. The staff was great and when I asked for mortals. They had no problem Given me clean Once. I guess for the money it was okay. It was plenty of hot water.

I didn't like. The litter, it's everywhere all 4 sides of the building, from the sidewalk to the gutter to the street. I had to pick up after people that were just hanging out on the side where I was staying. I chose to pick it up 2 times because litter is ugly and it's rude. I'm not sure if those people were guests here. Or if they were just homeless people, but either way. The TV I didn't like how dirty the parking lot was had dirty. The surrounding facilities were. I understand that the homeless are in hotels now. But it's super crowdid my dad can't climb stairs. But we had to be upstairs. I couldn't get a disabled shower facility. The beds in bad shape, bad bad shape. It's pretty warm outside this time of year and there was no ice machine here. That was not good. But let me reiterate. The staff was fantastic.

I like the location. I do feel safe there although some of the clientele are not always the best.

They never have wash cloths in the bathrooms and are always out of toilet paper. They say they going to bring you some toilet paper but never do. The staff is not friendly. They don't look you in the face and appear to be bothered all the time. I think when they have nice people come to the location who are nice to them, they should at least say hi to you. The cleaning staff tried to enter the room when it was not check out time and walked in on us undressed. It was horrible.
