Location. Staff very friendly and accommodating.

I am accustomed to free breakfast in the mornings and was surprised that it was not provided/

Location is on top for any events happening at the Golden 1 Center. Rooms are large and clean.

They put us in a hearing accessible room even though we don?t need it. The room was right next to the elevator on the same floor as the rooftop bar. It was pretty loud. It would be nice to keep these rooms open for guests that actually need them.

Clean, roomy, nice decor and very friendly staff.

Nice, modern, new hotel, with spatious rooms, large screen TVs and quite (not near any freeway). Comfortable lobby to hang out or work with a nice bar. Good bed.

The only thing I didn't like is a very low pressure shower. This needs to be addressed asap.

The room is large and nicely decorated. Hotel is only two blocks from golden 1 arena

Our room was on the 6th floor and two rooms away from the cocktail lounge. The hallways were exceptionally noisy. The valet closed after 10 pm and the parking garage was two blocks away. Homeless were in front of the hotel and made it unsafe to walk

The hotel was new and beautiful! The location to downtown activities was perfect! The staff was friendly. The rooms were comfortable and clean. I enjoyed the bee kind products provided by the hotel.

Our cars were not allowed to park at the hotel. We spent over an hour looking for parking, paid over 100$ for parking. Our rooms weren¿t ready until 8:45 pm. We had breakfast in the on site restaurant. The service was great! We waited for food for 45 min

Staff was incredible. Hotel was beautiful and clean.

Location was great, and the facility was nice.

The beds were exceedingly uncomfortable, and the pillows were either flat and lumpy or hard and stiff. The floors were unclean. I was wearing white socks, and the soles became brown after walking around. Additionally, the room was heavily dusty.

Location to Golden One

Light flashing all night on wall right next to the bed. Room we had on News Years was very loud noises coming from equipment outside.

Very easy to get to. Literally walking distance to Golden 1 Center!

Valet was impossible to get to. Parking garage was around the corner, but very much in walking distance.

Proximity to event

Not much selection at the restaurant. No toiletries available nearby. Microwave would have been nice to have. The barn door for the bathroom I didn't care for.

Breakfast was excellent Service was friendly. Coffee was refilled.

Checking was slow and not welcoming.
