It was clean and the staff were kind.

Lumpy beds. They need new mattresses. They charged for parking.

Clean, easy to find, next to freeway, good breakfast and friendly staff. It was a good stay and I'd stay again.

Had to pay 10$ for parking. I wasn't aware of that when booking. I will say I did see security patrolling so It made me feel better about the charge.

Parking was lousy with many spaces reserved for "special people" or EV's. Spaces way too close & I got a door ding. They even charged me $10 for parking. I missed breakfast being a few minutes late.

Breakfast was good. Very clean room. Easy to find and convenient.

Breakfast, lady (older age)in breakfast room was super nice and very helpful. Front desk ppl were very helpful,.

Needs upgrade, rooms are very dark. It feels like in prison. Rooms are depressing for this color. The walls needs to be whiter color. it would be nice to have washing machines and dryers with cards and money. Not all people have coins.

Hotel was very clean and had relatively new furniture and design. Parking was easy and being right off the highway made travel easy.

Hotel needs a remodel.

Everything was so clean, beds are spectacular, breakfast delicious. Loved our 3 night stay!

The room was fairly nice and the the hot breakfast was a nice addition.

Bathroom needed a little updating and the location was very far away from where we were staying. Not a very nice part of town for where we wanted to be.

Good location, easy to access and felt safe. Free parking. I was only there one night, so I didn¿t have the opportunity to use all of the amenities.

Rough start. The first room I was given I didn¿t make it past the doorway because it either hadn¿t been cleaned, or seemed like it was still occupied. It really creeped me out, but the lady at the front desk moved me right away and it was fine in the end.

This place was wonderful! Friendly staff, clean & comfortable rooms. I will definitely book here again. Love,love lived it here.

No breakfast. Although they did put out some instant oatmeal with the coffee & tea in the morning. So I'm not complaining at all.

Customer service was really kind and very helpful. Id definitely stay again. Housekeeping is on top of clean rooms.

Just that there is no stove,or kitchenette. But otherwise it was good

Staff were very nice.They seemed to have an agreement with all the homeless people residing near by as they never seemed to bother the quests.

The seedy characters in the neighborhood along with the homeless camp next door.They didn't bother the quests though.

The bed was super comfy.

The lady that checked me in had a horrible attitude. The remote in the room did not work it made my relaxing moments very frustrating. I did not like that the room walls were paper thin.

This is the second time I have got a hotel I requested two beds and ended up with a king size bed

The bed and your sheets and linens were clean and comfy.

High quality of the room, with the exception of very slight defects in the construction of the bathroom, it was very clean and well furnished. Lots of electrical outlets and five LAN connections so I could bypass wireless. Breakfast was excellent.

The room was very noisy with staff bantering loudly in a language I couldn't understand, even excluding my being able to communicate with the manager at the front desk. There was a loud gathering outside of our window at 2 AM but didn't last too long.

Great waffles, nice breakfast selection, and helpful breakfast room staff. Free parking and easy access from parking lot to room. Courteous front desk staff. Free internet.

Housekeeping did not clean room when out from 10 to 2. She came at 2:30 as we were getting ready for a wedding & could not come back at 4:00 when we left again.I gave them towels and they gave me clean ones and shampoo.Bad attitude. Mgmt. exp. re hours.

Such an enjoyable stay. Very nice breakfast in the morning. The room was spotless and even the bed covers were so fresh smelling. The employees couldn't have been nicer. We'll definitely be back.

everything was phenomenon, it was everything that i imagined,the beds were great, baths were great and room was great.

Location, clean, great breakfast.
