The staff was amazing! Shuttle service was very accommodating. The hotel staff was the best part for me and my wife.

Stains on furniture. Low quality built. Didn't seem worth the price we paid.

The staff was very nice and the location was convenient and quiet. I was there with my husband because my sister has passed away. But for the price I paid the room was not up to standard.

The covers was thin and not clean, the refrigerator was not cold (spoiled some of my items from the grocery store) and made lots of noise throughout the night. The toilet also was very noisy after flushed. The heater didn't work and it was very cold.

very much appreciated the offer of a late check-out for our family. New layout for standard room to have the ability to slide a door and close-off the bathroom is a good consideration. Great shower space with wide showerheads and perfect water pressure

It would be best to move the coffee/microwave station to the main room. When someone using the shower needs the space to dry-up/change, some waiting had to be done. Second point, free breakfast would be and still always is a nice touch for a hotel.

It was clean.

The showers weren't ideal and the walls are thin. My 2nd night I could not sleep due to the person above me stimping around all night.

The hotel was very clean and up-to-date Probably most unique and appreciated feature is the lobby with tables are comfortable chairs to hang out with your group Great friendly staff, especially guy name Gavin at the bar who is very serving and helpful.

The location is not good. It¿s off of a main road so there¿s a lot of road noise. Also, the other guests were loud and unruly. I Would not stay there again.

This place is an enigma. I love the location. Employees are great. I¿m here at lease twice a month. However, something is always wrong. Lights don¿t work, faucets are screwed up, the bedding won¿t have a blanket, the refrigerator doesn¿t work, etc.

Something is ALWAYS broken, but it¿s never a real big deal. The employees are always helpful and they make the stay welcoming. The fact is, I put my guests up here all the time, despite the glitches.

The employees were friendly and attentive. We had dinner there and the food was generous and delicious. The price was reasonable.

Close distance to airport

I tried to get a refund on my room after the airline switched my flight, but the hotel manager refused to accommodate my needs.

The helpfulness of the front desk staff. Especially the staff person who helped me at 3:00 a.m. to find a taxi to the airport. She was tenacious and did not give up even when several taxi numbers went to voicemail. She was cheerful especially at 3 a.m

The room was spacious and big. But there was hair everywhere when I arrived. I called the front desk they said they can¿t change my room and they had no staff to bring me new towels and linens/covers but I can pick it up myself.

My bed had no linens as advertised in the photos. Just the inner part of the duvet that was on the bed, and there were long hairs underneath when I lifted it. Also, hairs in the shower and on the ¿clean¿ towels hanging on the rail.

Weird rooms. When we opened the door, we entered into the bathroom area. The coffee pot and microwave were in the bathroom area. The mini fridge was barely cool. No complimentary breakfast.

The staff. After a long drive back to return the rented car; and looking forward to a 5:30 am flight the next morning,..the room plus shower was a wonderful sight. But the staff with their friendliness and warm smiles helped us to recharge.

We checked out 10 minutes after checking in. Not a regular shuttle service. Claustrophobic room. No dining in the vicinity.

the design was nice,otherwise the breakfast wasn¿t the best. we were told they had a 24hr shuttle, turned out it was 6am to 10pm so had to find other means to get to the airport .

there were several things -, in the room there was a leak from the ceiling in the shower, coffee maker started smoking when i tried to make tea. i found the staff was more interested in themselves instead of the customers. I wasn¿t impressed

I stayed in this hotel earlier this year, and the experience was very pleasant. I booked the suite for my fiancé and Myself. It was very clean, and top notch. However my last experience was nothing like the one before.

I booked the suite paid in advance, and when I arrived they had already rented my room out. I booked a no refundable trip, I couldn¿t get a refund. I had to stay in a standard room¿. For the price of a suite. I was not compensated for the cost either.

Newer, clean, quiet.
