Front desk staff

I had to ask several times 4+ times for my room to be cleaned from 8 AM to 3 PM. It was not clean.

The front desk staff are incredible!

The room was very noisy due to traffic and the bathroom vent fan began dripping brown fluid when I turned on the shower.

Hotel was clean inside.

Check in took way longer than it should have. Staff was not professional or friendly. Security guard was a joke and harassed us about a luggage cart I had already returned. He would have known if he wasn't busy playing in his phone.

Huge room, new hotel, quiet location, super friendly staff, comfortable bed, beautiful lobby, great bar, good bar fare (Cobb salad), safe and kind shuttle driver.

The staff made us wait 40 minutes before helping us and didn't give us keys to our room.

It Had A Pool.

The A/C Unit Was Horrible .. It Didn¿t Cool Our Room At All .. We Were So Hot All 3 Nights We Stayed There ¿ The Bed Was HARD AND VERY UNCOMFORTABLE . And The Pillows Were Terrible As Well, Had No Support 1 Was Hard And The Other Was Deflated.WORST SLEE

This is a new hotel so everything is very clean and aesthetically. I like that they had a restaurant and a small convenient store in it. The staff was great! very nice.

The only bad thing was that the view from the room was of a vacant field that had become a homeless encampment.

The staff was awesome! The hotel was super close to the airport and also had a great variety of restaurants and shopping nearby.

The staff was helpful and helped me immediately as I walked in. Gave clear instructions on where my room was and greeted me in a wonderful manner.

At about six in the morning there was a loud shaking and buzzing sound. It almost felt like an earth quake. It only happened twice and then it stopped. But maybe that should be addressed.

I had a good sleep because of the comfortable bed. I like the location(many restaurants, gas station near by) and free parking lots. I’ll definitely stay this hotel next time.

The swimming pool was open until 10pm but the water temperature was very cold around 8pm. So I couldn’t swim.

Very new hotel close to the I-5. It was clean and comfortable.

I booked four rooms for my Board of Directors, one arrived later than the others and they bumped her to another hotel 15 mins away. She is not from this area so she did not know where she was and it was not a nice room. I won't be booking there again
