Quiet, clean, separate bedroom, lobby sitting area - needed more garbage bags and coffee and hotel front desk ran them up to me- very kind

Dishwasher did not work, neither did the phone. When I told the manager she said the maintenance person was gone for the day and to let her know when I check out (no apology, no discount, no asking to move rooms.

Room

They changed $12 for parking in the same lot that is free for Hilton guests next door. The breakfast was only a grab and go bag and not complete as ordered.

I booked a king. Received a queen. Their breakfast begs are a joke. They ran out of orange juice coffee, coffee cups and some items we checked. Also forgot to service room when asked just a bunch of small inconvenient things that added up

The location and the staff can’t be beat

My room was filthy. Counter tops in kitchen were wiped down but all the corners had caked on dirt and debris. Restroom floor was dirty and the Showerhead was only able to massage (forced narrow stream of water). No option for shower mode.

Room size .?. Great, helpful staff.

This style breakfast unusual (never seen it before) different. Not sure I like it.

Linens were stained. Not enough blankets. The breakfast could have been better.

Tried to charge for parking in a public parking lot and yet doesn?t have security for parking lot

The customer service was unequal, the employees were diverse and equally helpful, gentle, and kind, the kitchenette needed a little more attention, but overall the room and bathroom were clean and smell good. I was happy and comfortable, will stay again!

just the kitchenette, seems outdated and need extra care, but, it did not change the overall good experience I had at the Larkspur Landing hotel.

Staff are rude

They lied about breakfast. Room was dirty. Pillows were way old. They charge for parking but don?t tell you ahead of time when booking. And never heard of a hotel without ?toothpaste?

Odd smell in room. Carpet needed to be stretched in hallways. Breakfast in a bag was terrible.

Breakfast was grab and go and not worth it at all. I did not like this hotel at all. Bed was uncomfortable and and i had to walk down many halls to get to my room.

The room was large and comfortable. The kitchen was very nice and more than I had expected.

The included breakfast was disappointing. It was a grab-and-go type of breakfast (selected take away type items the night before). I have no realized that it was not a hot breakfast or I would have prepared something myself in the kitchen.

The location was convenient. Bed was good. Decent for the price offered, but not as good as expected for the rating.

Needs updating and attention to detail. Carpets need to be replaced and/or re-stretched and cleaned. It is a tripping hazard. Upholstered furniture needs to be cleaned. Breakfast was bagged for pick-up.

Very spacious room with excellent seating. Friendly and accommodating staff.

I'm not a fan of their "grab 'n go" breakfast approach. I don't even bother with filling out their "request" form. I just go out to get a simple bite to eat.

"Bag breakfast" is not my idea of what 3 star hotel should offer. I did not bother with their menu checklist; I went to McDonald's instead.

The hotel is close to the freeway and galleria

Hotel is dated. Carpet needs to be stretched. The amenities are not on par with similarly priced hotels.

GREAT location

Room looked like it hasn¿t been updated since 2004! Bathroom was dirty (moldy and/or mildewy walls) with stained towels and my feet stuck to the floor when walking barefoot. There was a layer of grime on the refrigerator door handle. GROSS!

Pet friendly, staff very nice, rooms are clean, bed was very comfortable.

Nothing really about the hotel, the only thing I would have to say is I noticed out front by the lobby the water was all over the place that was watering the lawn, and I know there¿s a water drought right now so seems like they need to fix that

The room is large and comfortable. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Though it was close to a large water park there was no noise.

The only thing that we had an issue with with the lack of some items such as ice buckets. We understand this is from lack of supply delivery.
