The staff! I also liked the location. It was a busy area, but a good location for the areas I needed to travel to for the week. The location is also across from the Galleria Mall, though I did not have time to go. You can also walk to several restaurants.

Free coffee but not tea.

Friendly staff, clean rooms.

Prices are a bit steep at the bar. Other than that, all good.

Breakfast was very good and the staff is very friendly.

The tub leaked and the frig cabinet has sharp edges.

No Microwaves in room & they had construction begin on the day before an event was scheduled at the conference center. Front desk staff was mediocre.

Excellent location. We always stay at this hotel when in Roseville because the property is well maintained, staff are helpful, and you can't beat the location.

Beautiful lobby, great breakfast, extremely kind staff.

Refrigerator wasn¿t turned on when we got to our room. We had medication with us that requires refrigeration and thankfully a lot of ice packs, so we were able to keep it cool with the ice packs in the fridge. Had to ask for a blanket for pull out couch.

There were a couple things that I didn't like which were that bugs were flying inside the room, mostly all by the window. I thought they were flying outside but when I checked closer they were inside. The thermostat didn't work. And rooms are overpriced.

The staff gave a person not on my reservation a key to my room.

Comfortable bed, good water pressure in the shower, plenty of hot water.

The shower floor was made of smaller sized tiles, and the edges/grout were slightly rough.

I love the room size with a separate seating area and desk with a mini fridge. I like to be able to relax without having to only have a bed to sit on. Great location and nice breakfast .

So many nice touches! Even doggie treats! Quiet, breakfasts were great, beds comfy. Pool area was nice and the snack bar/bar were very convenient. Will definitely recommend.

Only things lacking were microwave and floor length mirror.

Hotel was convenient, but off the main roads enough to not have traffic noise. Front desk staff was very friendly and a joy to work with. Hot breakfast offerings were a nice bonus. Beds were comfortable and high quality toiletries.

We were disappointed the room didn't have a microwave, especially when we were expecting a full kitchen (my mistake.) When I asked about it at the front desk, they had one delivered to our room no charge.

Great location. Nice big rooms. Staff was always friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious.

The location was central to all places of interest.

We stayed in a king suite. The pull out bed on the couch had a ripped up coverlet .. it was completely shredded and the mattress was not suitable for sleeping on.

The room had a nice layout, but wasn¿t ready when I checked in at 4pm

The bed was very firm and pillows were terrible. Scratchy bedding. I¿m being picky but I also paid $--- for hotel in Roseville.

Loud guests in the middle of the night. Loud room, that I can hear everything around. Staff not so friendly. Overcharged for no reason.

The event I was there for was right next door. The room was big and nice. It had a big couch in it. The breakfast was really good.

There was a big stain on the carpet right in the middle of the floor. The refrigerator had red wine or something in the bottom of it. I was told we would pay --- for the room. The bill was ---
