Pros +
- Every member of the staff we interacted with was wonderful
- Good location, walking distance to good food and entertainment.
- Clean, very close to Mission Inn and the Main Street Promenade, staff were excellent, room was comfortable and roomy. Free breakfast was a plus.
Cons -
- NO HOT WATER, taking cold showers was not ideal. POOL CLOSED IN MIDDLE OF SUMMER !!! Construction (2nd floor) we knew about this ahead of time and was ok with it. Small parking area, shared with construction storage and day use parking.
- Free breakfast did not include eggs of any type and did not replace the oatmeal in the last hour. Slow to refill the decaf coffee dispenser when empty. Being a Hyatt hotel I was surprised that it didn¿t have a larger bar or a restaurant on site.
- A jacuzzi would be nice...on top of not paying for parking. Maybe this should be a member's perk or at least half off the price.
