    Pros +

    • The kind staff the wonderful breakfast and the comfy rooms
    • The rooms as well as the ambience of the overall hotel is nicely done. I got a great rate on my room.
    • Spacious and comfortable room and bathroom, felt safe overall, starbucks just downstairs, large outdoor pool.

    Cons -

    • Unfortunately, the hot tub/Jacuzzi has been closed the last two times I’ve been here in the last couple of months. They charge a fee to park when this particular area is not a tourist trap and parking isn’t an issue. Yet they charge.
    • Pool dirty and hotel could have been cleaner (tables were dirty, trash cans outside always full/overflowing). Expected cleaner for the price. Could use some updates in general, building seems old. Have to pay for parking and wifi. Jacuzzi under renovation
    • We had a room with a door with an adjoining door to another guest room and you could hear everything going on in that room as if it were in your room

    Hotel grounds were great

We had a room with a door with an adjoining door to another guest room and you could hear everything going on in that room as if it were in your room

    Good location

There has been some kind of dripping sound above our Room # 407. I could not sleep well due to this recurring noise. They could not resolve this issue.

    5Verified guestPosted on: 6-13-2024

    Not much

Yes, many thanks. No cart to take your luggage to your room had to wait over an hour. One of their computers were down waited a long time to check in. You have to use your room key for the elevator in mind was not working. Had to go to the desk twice.

    1Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 3-5-2024

The hotel is old despite the deceiving pictures. The furniture, design, and rooms were very dated. And worst of all, there is a rooster (yes, a rooster) crowing in the hotel property that will wake you up at 6 AM if your room is facing the parking lot.

    10Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 1-31-2024

It was very clean, the beds were very comfortable, the staff was friendly, we had to leave before breakfast started but were able to get something from Starbucks in the lobby which was convenient.

    Pretty good value

Hotel is feeling old and outdated, especially in the rooms. It was also annoying that on the last day of my stay, they shut off the water at a time most people would be taking a shower and using water.

    10EliasPosted on: 12-28-2023

Clean quiet and very nice staff

    7Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 9-17-2023

The lobby area appears clean and nice.

Moderate water leak from the air conditioning unit. Walls in the room were super thin. Could hear the next room¿s conversation and activities. Not pleased as I am had medical appointments to attend to early the next morning.

I was denied check-in at the hotel despite being assured of a fully paid reservation without any deposit requirements. My attempt to use a Chime Visa debit card for the deposit was rejected without a clear explanation.

Very friendly - great location. Pool is awesome.

Location and price tag for the time

The receptionist was so rude.I was the one on the line but she took the call and didn¿t bother to say a thing to me, talking to someone on the phone that didn¿t sound like a customer but a friend/boyfriend kinda thing, until my finished parking and came

    3DanielPosted on: 6-7-2023

Was quit during sleep time. Nice pool area.

Room had very small fridge and no microwave . Rooms need upgraded for price charged.

    6JustinPosted on: 6-6-2023

The lady behind the counter was absolutely amazing!!!!! She was so kind and helpful and was so nice to my children, she let them pick the floor we stayed on, she gave them some toys, she was just awesome.

You have to pay for Wi-Fi that¿s kind of annoying. Also for a buffet breakfast being $40. For 1 adult and 2 children is pretty ridiculous. Everything in this hotel is expensive. $20 movie rentals¿ The restaurant too. Also the pool was freezing.

    10DanielPosted on: 6-4-2023

    Was quit and clean

Room needs microwave and larger refrigerator. Towels wasnvery low grade.

    9Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 5-12-2023

Furniture is out dated as well as the entire hotel needs a update they charge for parking the restaurant is limited food used to be good now or is not good guy to go

Early check in without being charged and the Starbucks

    9EricPosted on: 3-19-2023

When I ask to change my hotel stay from sat and Sunday to Friday to Saturday although they had removes available they wanted $--- more than what I was charged for Saturday night. I felt this was a slap in the face to a guest of the hotel.
