Noisy, no shampoo, mattress not comfortable, weak shower head, bathtub not clean, noisy AC…,,

Staff is poor no communication ripped me off.. kicked me out I didn’t stay that night

The Staff was very helpful

The towels were dirty as if someone used them to clean a car engine. There was one easy chair with huge cracks in the leather. It was the only place to sit. The TV didn't work

I did not like anything about this hotel at all! I would recommend taking it off your list as a location for booking. The cleanliness and lack of care at this hotel is mind blowing.

The staff allowed someone to have staying in my room the first night without me being aware. The second room that was given to me had spiderwebs everywhere, so clearly they DO NOT clean at all. I would be afraid to know if they even wash/change sheets.

Lady at the front desk extremely rude and disrespectful to all guest in person and over the phone. You could tell she don’t like her job. There was cockroaches in the room and the ac unit kept blowing cold air even when powered off so we froze both nights

Although not all of the hotel staff seemed friendly, I felt the manager and other staff did a good job in addressing a few issues that came up during my stay.

Cigarette smoke coming through my bathroom vent from another guest's room & also bathroom sink was totally clogged. Thankfully, they were able to move me to another room.

Door lock

They took $100 extra safety money. They said they need 10/15 days to return that to my bank

The Emergency Fire alarm flashing beacon light went off all night. I call motel staff 4 plus times and the promised me it would be repaired. When they couldn't repair the beacon they couldn't move me to a different room.

The bed was uncomfortable. The toilet seat was falling off. My dinner from door dash was stolen from the room door within a minute after it was delivered. The TV only worked half the time kept saying lost signal. And the guide was never correct

Staff

Was actually upset about the stay . Was first in room206 then had to move at 10 p.m. and throw out food due to the fridge not working. Then moved to 210 and then had to ask for a plunger to fix the toilet. Overall did not have a comfortable stay at all .

Area was low income, sketchy The bed was uncomfortable We had a non smoking room however smelled smoke from outside The tv remote did not work, had to unplug it just to turn it off

Front desk associate was so nice. Room was clean. Location is convenient to get around Sacramento.

Homeless and drugs are very present, dealers live here. Lots of dogs. Front door wouldn't shut,had to slam it. No parking for large vehicles such as moving trucks and motorhomes.

I liked that they had more then enough towels stocked in the room. I also loved that they had dishes and utensils for our used upon request.

The TV remote did not work well. We had a hard time controlling the TV with it.

Ac/heater did not work. Beds were uncomfortable, furnishings were dirty, old , I didn't even shower there because it was so bad. Counter had graffiti tagging scratches on them as well at other surfaces. It was what I would call ghetto

The location was excellent for my needs

I didn't like the fact that rooms were not cleaned every night and you had to go to front desk for an even exchange of towels when you wanted to shower

Shower was broken. Staff had fight with other guest at 3 in morning. Basics like shampoo not included

1). The checking in process was very efficient, and they actually. took into consideration my room preferences which were stated in the Online Registration for the hotel. I didn¿t have to make any extra call to the hotel in this regard.

My room did not have an in-the-wall hair dryer available for use, but luckily the Registration Desk had a new one in stock. When I returned it to the Desk with room key at checkout, no one was present to verify that I returned the hairdryer in its¿ box.

Cheap and close to where we were going.

Non smoking room smelled of smoke Floors were sticky Free Breakfast was pathetic, oatmeal packets and hot water.

ONLY that it came with a kitchenette. I wasn't needing one at the time, but it was nice to know.

For the price, poor poor quality! felt very insecure as there was homeless right near the parking area that were hanging out& smoking meth. The office knew and I also told the Mcdonalds people (whos parking lot they were in). No one did anything.

Best. Not much to say. Easy to find

To get to our room, the stair well, was storage area for 4 overflowing, stinky and full of flies. Door floor sash was atleast 1/2 inch off floor. Allowing mice (we found dropping on floor) and cockroaches in bathroom and leftovers in refrigerator
