Hampton Inn Sacramento/Rancho Cordova

The staff. They were all wonderful. hotel employee is the best. She made my wife and I feel like family. We were staying at the hotel because I was having surgery. Hotel employee showed genuine concern for my wife me during this time.

The pillows. They were not comfortable. Too soft and flat. Next time I will bring a pillow from home.

Nice people, like to be able to exit and enter on the side to make parking more convenient

TV was a little old. Not a smart tv

The room was clean. Breakfast staff were very friendly.

We got there and they had canceled our reservation almost leaving us without a room. We booked the hotel mainly for the indoor pool, when we went to the pool there were over 30 people in the small pool and another 30 or so around the pool getting wasted.

Staff was amazing!! Best continental breakfast,very good,eggs,potatoes,waffles and everythng in-between!!

Barely any light, king room but feel like twin room So dim not many light bulbs

It was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious!

Would be nice to have a decaf coffee option with the breakfast.

Ive been staying in this hotel almost every year but at this time i just discovered that i have to pay parking now??? It used to be free.

The people workingng were great.

The hotel room was dirty. They had not vacuumed. The beds had stains on all the sheets and blankets. The towels had makeup on them. I wanted to leave but because my older family members didn't want to make a fuss. I do not recommend the food.

Hotel employee at the front desk was welcoming and friendly during all interactions.

The bathroom floor had sticky spots in multiple places, so it was clear the floor had not been mopped. Every mirror had spots or smudges. Housekeeping inspection should have caught these items. Hampton standards are missing here.

No privacy. No basics in the room. Had to use my own shampoo and soap. Both dink and show were old and run down. WC was moving. Police showed up at the property. Noisy and close to the hwy. You need ear plugs to sleep there

The staff is always so kind. The heated indoor pool, complimentary hot breakfast and noon checkout are my favorite things about this property.

Our suite had a strong canine odor whenever we used the heater. It also aggravated myself & my son's allergies. Nightly parking rates are not really advertised but rather they are deducted from your deposit.

Stayed in 100s of hotels, none so dirty. I moved rooms 3x. Rm 1 smelled like wet dog and animal urine, had drips down the front of furniture and cat nails on floor. Rm 2 had bbq meat on chair/floor. Rm 3 old candy, fake nail and crumbs around bed. Yuck.

The staff was friendly and helpful.

There is a parking fee for overnight visitors that I did not see when booking the stay. The breakfast offered was minimal.

The complimentary hot breakfast and all of the different options was terrific. Traveling with a picky 8yo was not a hassel at least at breakfast. What he loved most of all was swimming in the heated indoor pool in the Winter! Such friendly staff.

Noisey neighbors in the room above was our only complaint but that was no fault of the property.

The staff was friendly,  The rooms were clean, breakfast was good! Great location! Will visit again next time in town! Helped out with all our needs. Not a disappointing moment! We even extended our stay.

Room was clean and neat and the staff were friendly. But that's the inside of the building, the outside has really gone downhill.

The grounds are in terrible shape with no less than 7 abandoned cars on the property, obvious drug deals happening in the parking lot and numerous overflowing trash cans. Don't know what happened, but won't be staying here again.

Easy in and out. Freshly decorated rooms are fun and modern. Very clean! Friendly people.Pandemic boxed breakfasts were adequate but not great.

beds are VERY hard! Did not sleep through the night.
