Residence Inn by Marriott Sacramento Rancho Cordova

The front desk associate was beyond helpful. She gave us exceptional service when we arrived. The suite offered all the amenities of home. For our family, the indoor pool is always a treat at this hotel. Also, the free hot breakfast can't be beat.

Upon entering our suite, there was a strong odor of cigarette smoke. One of the bathroom shelves was practically falling out the wall. We could not log into the internet our entire stay. This free amenity was part of the reason I chose this property.

This is the worst Residence Inn we stayed. The bedroom was very small. The bed is too soft, very uncomfortable. My partner and I had bad sleep. We were tired in the next morning. Will not stay again

Location was quiet. The suite was excellent for my needs. Staff and management were attentive and outstanding

The one bedroom suite was spacious with 2 televisions. Although, there weren't any kid channels.The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to make delicious food. The complimentary hot breakfast was great!

Very cold and rainy weather, the thermostat was impossible to use with/out the remote. Front desk clerk was new and had no idea how to help but,gave us plenty of extra blankets. This property had a jacuzzi before, sadly it's gone now.

The hotel outlets were worn down and I was unable to use them. Could not plug anything into them for use.

The breakfast included pork everyday, and there was no other option. The service was excellent. I had issue with the bed but the hotel graciously agreed to reimburse a night for me.

Indoor pool, complimentary breakfast had a pretty good selection, and two TV's when you book a one bedroom suite.

Beach towel size would be better for pool- even regular size towels would dom

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The complimentary breakfasts were very good. The location was off of U.S. 50 and very accessible and was located in a quiet area. Shower was awesome.

Located close to freeway. Clean. Has Swimming Pool. Spacious room and breakfast that you can actually enjoy.

The heater was pretty loud at times. I've notified the management and hope they can fix it.

As always, the Residence Inn was very clean, with friendly professional staff. Amenities were great: indoor pool & jacuzzi, gym, full hot breakfast among lots of other foods, free parking. Everything was very clean and everyone was very friendly.

I was waiting to be checked in, but the staff was kind of ignoring. Bathroom sink was clogged
