Let me check in early and the hotel rate was good

Hotel needs to spray for bugs

Nothing!!!

I did not like anything very dirty just gross the smell was awful sink, toilet and shower were plugged they didn’t want to give us a plunger, the microwave was a fire hazard stains on the sheets just dirty no ice machine or a cart to carry our belongings

Location

It has been over run by homeless. Rooms are without phones, drug deals and feces in stairwells. People roaming the parking lot looking in your car window. Staff not interested in security or hospitality. Dangerous. Missing lights. . Doors all kicked in.

Clean room friendly stsff

Loud neighbors but ther hotel cannot control that

Roaches, A/C didn’t work, no plastic cups, no chair, no wash rag, only one extremely old towel, trash left in the room.

The low price but it was NOT worth it!

Dead cockroach on floor next to the bed; a live one on the bathroom counter. Was given one towel; had to ask for a bath mat, hand towel and washcloth. No chair, No wastebasket, No hair dryer. Had to ask for microwave. Barking dog next door for 3 nights!!

the location is convenient

cockroaches in the fridge, overcharged for queen beds when they only gave me full, lied about the pool being open, obvious lack of communication between employees, no fire alarms, no covers on some outlets

The man who runs the desk I believe his name is Mark he was so helpful for me and my wife he was a good worker

The staff are amazing!!! They are extremely helpful. I booked the wrong size room and they made sure to accommodate me because of my 3 kids. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL

I LOVED IT! I had no issues with the staff or any of the other people staying there.

The price and location

No towels

When I call them for repairs they came so fast

Smoking smell

I dont think they even cleaned it. Had to ask for hand towels and wash cloths, only receive the wash cloths. Toilet wouldn't flush

Convenient location

This is NOT NOT NOT a 3-star hotel. A large section of this hotel is a "residential hotel". Rooms are very substandard. Had to move from one room because the TV only had "max" volume. The second room had a broken HVAC. "Breakfast" was scrambled eggs.

The room was nothing like advertised, very dirty, smelt like pee, drug dealing in the room below me with A Lot of traffic, no security locks, no fridge, no ice, no iron, bare to none hot water

This was the single worst hotel experience I have had in a long time

The lobby smelled like a porta-potty Staff was too busy getting high upstairs for me to check There was no breakfast Room had no towels Cable was broken Internet was horrible Hair in the blankets Overall this was an awful experience

Their staff is poorly managed. Had issues trying to retrieve my refund not to mention their phone lines were off for 2 days trying to get a hold of them to where I had to go and drive up there I'm still in the process of getting my refund back

Price

Staff are sometimes gone from front desk for ~10+ minutes. Had to repeatedly argue that I did, in fact, have a room reservation. I'm disabled and they tried to put me on the 2nd story. EVERYONE here is a drug addict. Needles in parking lot. Floors filthy

The staff were nice

The room did not fit description. The rooms stank. The staff would say something, but not do it. My key kept falling and needing redone.

No one at front desk (had to wait 10 minutes upon arrival and when leaving the next morning to check out), loud noise, no towels, dirty sheets/ pillow cases, toilet making noises all night. Potential bug infestation? I woke up with multiple bug bites.

Worst experience ever

No towels, Pool was closed, NO TOILETTE PAPER. Very sketchy people hanging around. Breakfast was over at 9 AM. It took an hour to check out to get my deposit.
