Homewood Suites by Hilton Rancho Cordova

I absolutely loved the breakfast. Most hotels I go to have the basics (oatmeal, bread, fruit, cereal). However, this hotel had that plus eggs, sausages, potatoes, carnitas, overnight oats, and waffles. There was also food and drinks during the evening.

The room was very clean most of the staff was really amazing and very kind. The shower was nice and big as well.

1 of the older staff member working the front desk was rude and making sly underhanded remarks on several occasions, when checking in or asked questions

Great Location, for what I needed. Nearby to restaurants, grocery store and gas. Plus, I got to rent board games! I love that! Buffet breakfast was delicious!

For only being a couple years old, the rooms seem a bit beatup. Thermostat/AC in room was funky and ran a lot, and kitchen felt under supplied. Overall its fine, but I felt, for the price, it should be better.

The hotel staff is attentive and helpful. They serve hot breakfast and have a clean dining area. It¿s a pleasant experience for our family given that we had to book the hotel after being stuck on Hwy 50 for hours & needed to turn back.

Staff was so helpful with the airline delivery of my lost luggage.

Hotel was clean and safe. Location was good for me.

The property is clean and modern, with very spacious rooms. And the breakfast is top tier.

It would have been nice if they had the fire pit going outside. But maybe that is seasonal.

This is my 3rd time staying. Room has always been comfortable. Breakfast is good. The place is nice and clean.

This is the 2nd time I booked with booking.com using Affirm or Zip payments. And when I go to check in they made me pay full price because they didnt take it or didn't know what I was talking about. Which was a really big inconvenience. Now im in it with Zip because somehow the first payment went through before I made it to the hotel and had 3 remaining but the hotel made me pay the remaining balance and I dont know what im going to do cause Zip said the hotel has to refund my payment. Still working on it. We will see how it goes. But I dont think im going to book here anymore because sometimes I do use Affirm or Zip payments. Which is weird it should just block on Booking.com that this hotel doesnt accept it.
