- Some of the Staff were Amazing, but The others definitely need to work on customer service, and understanding the value of being humble.

- The customer service from some of the staff were, absolutely uncouth. I feel this way very much so, because of an incident that recently transpired. Very disgusted on how I was treated.
- Workers where hard to find. The shower stayed freezing cold took 45 minutes to heat up no coffee no lotion shampoo heater is broke or short circuiting smells like fire and burning wires
- Clothes were stolen

The bathroom was clean and there were clean sheets on the bed.
The room smelled like old food. There wasn't the minimal amenities like a coffee pot or ice/vending machines. The bed was fairly uncomfortable/cheap and the water in the bathroom was luke warm at best.
