Pico Rivera Inn and Suites

Just the location and that's about it.

Not very friendly staff. Dirty room. Smell of mildew.. They need to take pride in their business. Need to do better job at cleaning. A simple welcoming smile would help some. We will not return to this hotel.

Location easy access to freeway and stores.

The first day The toilet was clogged and the staff didn't offered another room that was the first day we stayed and the second day it was clogged again. And at the end the staff the even apologized

Furniture is chipped, carpets ripped and stained, blankets had a hole.

The toast, even though I thought the bread was stale, after it was toasted it tasted pretty good!

Front desk was rude, the room smelled so musty ( sickening) it was overwhelming! The bed was hard and lumpy, pillows are as hard as rocks, the floors are filthy, the breakfast is toast and decaf coffee. I couldnt get out fast enough!
