- Exceptional front desk staff. My was amazing and so helpful with everything, Location is great, rooms are clean and comfortable and there is a great fitness center.

- NO WiFi ! To register to some App., is most difficult for seniors !TV went OFF at 8 pm, “no connection”, but several stations like Lifetime available, no regular channels. One phone not working, actually not a major problem. The rug not cleaned up to bottom of bed. Crumbs on floor when I pulled covers back at bottom of bed frame!
- Elevators were not working very well and at a time only one was working. Taking the stairs was not very easy as I had to connect along multiple floors to get out (without triggering emergency). Was not posted that the pool was not available, so that was disappointing. Also the shower curtains were too short (or rod too high)- water pours on the floor if you do not diligently manage the curtain. We had to move from our first room because the heater didn't work- annoying, but it was resolved quickly by the maintenance staff, who were helpful and friendly.

Convenient location. Nice outdoor seating area for breakfast/drinks. Clean rooms with lots of counter space and storage space. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
