    Pros +

    • As close as you can be to the main strip. Staff very friendly & helpful. Champagne drink when you check-in. Free candy section. 21+ Adults only. Great fireplaces, pool/jacuzzi, & awesome views of the mountains. Another plus, across st. from casino.
    • The location was great. We also enjoyed that the pool and hot tub were open 24 hours/day as was the candy bar and coffee bar in the lobby. Each room was equipped with a microwave, fridge, and coffee maker which was great.
    • Hotel was very charming and unique. Each member of the staff we encountered was genuinely kind and made us feel at home. Free parking and continental breakfast! Walking distance from a lot of great restaurants.

    Cons -

    • The faucet in the shower was broken and the showers were luke warm at best. The bed was only a queen size.
    • No parking
    • The bagels are good but breakfast can be improved. Adding eggs and bacon ? to the menu would be nice!

The resort was absolutely beautiful, we had a balcony overlooking Palm Canyon rd, could barley hear the traffic, the Spa was top notch. Would recommend to anyone.

The from desk receptionist was able to switch our room to the first floor rather easily, which I thought was very great.

The bagels are good but breakfast can be improved. Adding eggs and bacon ? to the menu would be nice!

Lovely enclosed property. Great staff. Boutique feel. My only “complaint” is noise. We could hear neighbors through the walls. Also the location is smack dab in the middle of downtown. So if you’re seeking quietude, this might not be your place. Summary: Welcoming, helpful staff. Quaint pool and upper lounge area. Not quite a “resort experience,” but definitely worth the price of admission.

    Noise.

The staff made you feel welcome and appreciated. The location is perfect, you have everything within walking distance. The property was clean, relax and the room was spacious and comfortable.

    Everything was excellent.

The room was nice, well appointed for my stay. I especially appreciated the location, very central to the Pride festivities! The staff was extremely friendly. Having icy lemon water available was a welcome surprise during a record breaking warm week. I would definitely consider staying again when I return in the future!

The pillow top bed was pretty well worn. I did mention it to the front desk when I checked out. Unfortunately I don’t remember her name, but the desk clerk was very gracious, apologetic and said she would have the maintenance staff check into it.

Great location and good sized rooms

Room was over stores so it was pretty loud and couldn’t leave window open because they use patchouli and it’s a strong smell.

Really cool vibe in general with the staff and fellow guests. The rooms are always clean and neat. I really like that the rooms are kinda individual and styled to be different.

The hotel has just a small number of rooms which gives guests a relaxing feeling, especially around the pool area where loungers were always available.Location is excellent, the suite has plenty of space and is relaxing. The bed was comfortable and it was nice to have both a bath and shower.Staff were only too happy to assist with any queries

The Wifi was quite patchy in our room 104, I had to go to reception to obtain a good signal
