    Pros +

    • Adored my room; it had so much character. Breakfast in the courtyard was lovely (great food options and beautiful set-up). The Mediterranean pool was very pretty.
    • The hotel is charming, from the grounds, to the rooms and the pool terraces. Everything is done so well. The rooms are each unique (as I understand it) and ours was large and very comfortable. I love the breakfast service in the courtyard shaded by citrus
    • Staffs were very helpful and friendly. They were very particular about cleaning and sanitizing. The location and ambiance is so relaxing. The whole property and the rooms were so beautifully themed. I will be going back again no doubt.

    Cons -

    • The staff weren't very attentive (either with pre-check inquiries or after my arrival). Staff members were also complaining loudly to each other off my patio when I had my patio doors open, which left a sour taste. No on-site restaurant.
    • I felt the staff could have been more helpful and informative in providing onsite event information. We got several conflicting answers about their classes, packages and events.
    • Our room was small - which was fine but we would have liked to be able to both sit in a chair when in the room. Bed was very comfortable and the overall aesthetic was very appealing.

Absolutely beautiful hotel and grounds. The rooms, gardens and pools are all stunningly gorgeous, and make for a wonderfully relaxing retreat.

Breakfast was consistently very good and the staff were very friendly. The location of the eating area was also delightful. Every morning they brought coffee and left it outside of our room and we loved that! We also loved the ambiance of the hotel and the personalization of the service!! Really lovely place - we would definitely stay there again!!

The place itself is like a Moroccan Oasis in the middle of the desert. Beautiful rooms and grounds. Excellent staff and service. Little touches that made a big difference. Love it!

The place. The staff. The grounds. The pool. The cocktails. The little touches like coffee delivered to your room at 7 am. And more…

Great breakfast, great mint tea. Great outdoor space

No TV in the bedroom. bit over priced, liked stardust hotel a lot more. Bathroom shower pressure is a bit low, temperature should be higher.

The incredible staff, the beautiful breakfasts each morning, the lovely pools. Our bed was extremely comfortable, our room was a great size with its own kitchen. I love how intimate the property is.

There were times when my friend and I were in the pool for an hour or two and the bartender just wasn't at the bar? We would have loved to spend more money and get a few fun drinks while we were relaxing, so that was kind of a bummer.

Breakfast was exceptional! Banana pancakes, scrambled eggs, bacon, fruits and coffee was freshly cooked. At 7 am we got coffee on a porch. Absolutely amazing place

Our first room was Casablanca studio, one of the best rooms in a hotel. Bed was so comfortable, interior was amazing, super clean and romantic. Second night we are decided to stay in different room, called Atlas. This is the worse room ever! Super small, dark, no places to put your stuff on, no interesting furniture, I would say no furniture at all. And this room costs $382. I think this room should be renovated or decorated or just closed forever! You can’t charge that money for one night for that kind of room. So disappointed ☹️. It was my boyfriend’s birthday. Such an unpleasant experience with Korakias last night

It was such a unique and beautiful place to stay. The grounds were so quiet and relaxing with amazing service and all kinds of amenities and fun ways to enjoy our time. From the moment we arrived we were greeted warmly and as we walked to our room we were offered ice cold lavender towels! I didn't think I needed it, but it was so nice and an incredible start to a relaxing stay. Our room was clean and so cozy. The pool was a quiet and refreshing place to spend most of our time, and even offered a poolside movie in the evening surrounded by fire pits and candles. The breakfast in the morning was so good and every little detail was well thought out. We absolutely loved our stay and couldn't stop talking about it. Definitely found our favorite little gem getaway in Palm Springs for future retreats. Thanks Korakia for making it so special for our anniversary!

It's our little hideaway gem. We always come back to the same place. Despite many boutique hotels and spas in the area this is our favorite. Breakfast is wonderful and you really cant have a bad day when the night is filled with hundreds of lit candles everywhere and toasty firepits to warm your soul

    10ShanaPosted on: 1-27-2025

Beautiful oasis of relaxation. Heated pools, firepits, wonderful breakfast, so much charm and character. The room we booked had a sound issue and staff made sure we were switched to a different room. Loved the bikes and small touches like the Moroccan tea and coffee delivered to your door in the morning.

It’s a beautiful property. I usually come twice a year. This year landed in winter, it was a bit colder outside but loved the outside movie screening and pool.

I wish it was warmer to watch the movie. Maybe space heaters would be nice.

The best breakfast ! Beautiful environment. Warm pool. Close to everything

Great coffee but it was always lukewarm! It needs to be HOT coffee-both in the thermos that was delivered every morning and at breakfast. If you're going to the trouble of serving good coffee, it really needs to be at the right temperature..and I am not a coffee snob.

Located very close to the main Street with bars, restaurants, shops; but on a very quiet street. The room was very cozy and kept cooled down, which is important for Palm Springs. The property was very pretty, romantic. Two pools were nice, with great lounge chairs, sunscreen offered, and lots of shade.Breakfast was good.

The service was minimal, close to zero interaction. The time I did interact, it felt forced, like they didn't really want to be there talking to me. The coffee delivery is a nice touch, but it was very bitter and cold by the time I got it (around 9am). The patio of four of the rooms including mine faced the main Street with minimal privacy. I had a view of parked cars. There was dead cockroach on my doorstep the last day there, which doesn't bode well for the rest of the property. Speaking from experience, it isn't ever just one roach.I booked this place specifically for the Saturday yoga and evening cinema offered. When I checked in they said they cancelled yoga for the summer due to the heat, but it's not that hot at 8am and still something that shouldn't be marketed if it isn't true. I went out in the evening to watch the movie and walked around the whole property, didn't see a thing, and went back into my room for the night. They don't offer much at all - they partner with a local restaurant but tack on 20% gratuity plus 18% hotel fee. This is on top of $30-$40 entrees. I GrubHubbed all my orders for the weekend instead, which really didn't feel like a $400/night service. I also had hoped there would be some drink service offered by the pool. Overall, the focus is on the property, which is very pretty, but there is no service. That's crazy to be considering the price, which only goes up after the summer season.

This hotel is such a relaxing retreat. My room was cozy and the bed was very comfortable. The grounds are beautiful, the heated pools were delightful. It’s so quiet and peaceful here that at times I felt like I must have been the only guest on site. The hotel staff was really warm and welcoming and I appreciated all the lovely little touches they add to your stay. Breakfast was delicious both mornings of my visit. The Yoga instructor on Saturday morning was wonderful. I also treated myself to a massage that was excellent.Would absolutely stay here again.

Very minor mark down for the text message line not being very responsive.

lovely, relaxing retreat in the heart of downtown Palm Springs. The breakfasts were delicious, juicy oranges everywhere and really comfortable beds!

I was a bit disappointed that the Wednesday sound bath/ meditation was cancelled and my wifi was a bit slow (I needed the meditation to chill about the wifi) ... :)

Gorgeous! The salt water pools were perfect and warm, we could still enjoy them in February. Took advantage of the bikes available… SO fun and easy. Best breakfast! Staff is very attentive and accommodating.
