The mattress was really uncomfortable Like it was sinking and old. I hardly slept.The menu of drinks in the pool wasn't updated I asked for dark cherry cider that I saw on the menu and I was told its not on the menu for a while.

The staff is amazing, particularly the manager José. He is so friendly and made us feel at home. It is our 2nd stay at La Serena and he is one of the reasons why we came back. We love the fact that La Serena is so peaceful and quiet. It's the perfect place to relax. Also the private outdoor patio with bathtub and fireplace is so cute and romantic. It's such a special touch, it contributes immensely to making the room so charming. We will definitely be back again!

Bathroom lighting can be brighter.New bed pillows needed; those in our room were very flat/worn.

Sweetest little resting spot. Well appointed and lovely spill out spaces (bathtubs by fire pit and front porch). The little pour-over coffee pouches were top shelf. I loved it all!

This is beautiful property! Villas are very nice, quiet, and comfortable just a short walk from the downtown Palm Springs. Small backyard patio with a fire pit and planting area was so nice to have. Pet friendly property which I appreciate.

Absolutely loved our stay at La Serena Villas. The cabanas by the pool are amazing, and free to use which was a nice perk. Every morning the staff dropped off a complimentary breakfast basket and we were greeted with a glass of champagne. Rooms were large and I loved the bathtub in the backyard. Can’t wait to stay again!

Words can not express how much we loved La Serena. Right in the heart of downtown but down a quiet street. Walking distance to so many great restaurants and shops. From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted like old friends. A welcome toast upon arrival in a beautiful lobby with the friendliest staff Truly an oasis. From the heated pool with lush surroundings. The sunbeds, plenty of umbrellas we never wanted to leave. Poolside restaurant was fabulous for breakfast and lunch. The service by the pool was phenomenal. Dinner is truly special with a lit up roof deck. Entering the rest of the property there is a hot tub and spa services. Each room is its own little villa. Ours was a king room with a porch swing out front and a back patio with a claw foot tub and a gas fire pit. The views are stunning with the San Jacinta mountains right behind the hotel. The bathroom is nice, great shower with luxurious amenities and there is even a bar area with a wine fridge. I loved getting breakfast basket with yogurt, muffins and fruit plus local Palm Springs dates was such a yummy treat.We had the best time riding the bikes they provided around the scenic town. All this was bliss but the real standout was the staff. The management team is so accessible and gets to know every guest. They truly thought of everything and went out of their way to make our little getaway perfect. Thank you Tim, Jose, Luke, Shantae, Kaitlyn and more! We can not wait to come again soon.

Restaurant was great, but the food always got to us cold. Not enough staff for a busy restaurant!The Villa was beautiful and we loved the private patio!

Location, serene, relaxed getaway

The staffs were amazing and the room we got was just like the pictures, delivered both comfy and cool vibes.

Just some little details of the shower room, the water kind of came out from the glass door crack and the shower head was really heavy. And some utensils provided in the drawer were not well cleaned. But besides these small things, everything was excellent!

Double charged again and again of total US dollar $2848.70. And still haven’t received any refunded yet.

Location is amazing. Place has quite a vibe. Beautiful interior of our suite. Well decorated. Clean. Exterior is gorgeous with little villas and beautiful landscaping and pools.

pricey. Spa didn't have any availability over the 3 days we were there.

Overall beautiful property with spacious rooms and walking distance to downtown. The back patio firepit and bathtub are fun touches that make the stay more unique. The pool is heated in the winter which was really nice. We stayed over new years and they had a special NYE dinner and party on-site that was super fun. Most importantly the staff were all super helpful and accommodating. Anytime we had a question or issue they were quick to respond and always made us feel at home. Huge shout out to Holly and her team for making our stay extra special. We will 100% be coming back for another visit.

Some minor hiccups with the room such as burned out lights and broken safe, but the on site team really went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. They did a great job addressing the issues so we could focus on enjoying our stay.

The location and property are in a lovely spot that is walkable. The hotel was really showing its wear. The towels and bed spread had stains. Clearly ones that have been there a while and been washed, not ideal for this level of hotel. The staff seemed frustrated by the lack of support they had with the amount of visitors. I was very disappointed that it wasn’t a better stay as the property is beautiful. For the price I didn’t see the value as so much was run down. My room had the fire alarms removed for example and I had to ask them to be put back in.

Wear and tear. Not as clean as I expected for this price and star level.

La Serena Villas are perfectly located on a relatively quiet street in downtown. The layout and features of our Villa were wonderful. The entire property is well maintained and, in fact, offered a sense of serenity and security.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. It has been disappointing and frustrating that the Hotel’s voicemail box is full and incapable of receiving messages.
