Pros +
- Good location in town, provided sound machine to muffle the loudness of other guest. (walls are so paper thin you can hear other guests farting.) For the cost & loudness we could've stayed somewhere else
- The location, it was right in downtown Palm Springs
- It is located in the middle of downtown.
Cons -
- Not worth the cost; got hassled for a name change on a credit card & was forced to provide multiple forms of proof despite having evidence and prepaying for the room, got texted by FOH repeatedly while trying to relax, got hassled for having electric car
- There was a roach in our room. Our entire stay should have been comped but it was not.
- AC fans outside were loud all day and night. It was stressful.
