- The location is great, the pool and jacuzzi are nice, and the bed and linens are wonderful. The gardens in the courtyard are also beautiful and reflect the mid-century aesthetic of Palm Springs. Staff didn't tell us about breakfast or show us heater.

- I was triple charged on my credit card. I stopped by before check out to bring up that a $462 hold was on my card for a $--- room rate and thought that was really high. They said it would be refunded. 2 days later my card was charged that amount + $---
- The blinds were broken and loss of privacy to anyone at pool could see into room
- Hotel has SO MUCH potential, but it misses the mark, and was disappointing. Towels were worn and frayed (room is supposed to serve two). There were no robes as promised. Cheap decor-worn furniture/doors- a Target shopping spree-cold plastic, no rugs.

The room was MUCH larger than I expected. Spacious bathroom and kitchenette. However, NO PRIVACY, the windows are great facing the pool & such, the vertical blinds however leave way too much to be seen.
Besides Staff who greeted me as I entered the property, I was not aware of any other staff on site. The entire booking/checking in process wicked needs streamlining.
