- Fabulous room, great design for whole hotel and great location.
- I love the location and was very happy with the clean, spacious room, the beautiful pool & common spaces, and the great breakfast!
- great location, comfortable pool area, relaxed and friendly atmosphere
Cons -
- Piped music until 10.00 pm. No safe in room.
- That the gas fire pit in the courtyard was running all day...seems wasteful!
- lighting in bathroom could be improved; perhaps an additional overhead fixture in vanity area.blackout curtains or blinds for the large window. the existing Venetian blinds look rather flimsy and let in lots of light

The property location and the fact that it is 21+ couldn't be beat. We could walk pretty much everywhere we wanted to go and the atmosphere was definitely quiet and laid back. Everything was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The decor of our room and the overall grounds and facility were MCM with enough contemporary touches to keep it all from being kitschy. The pool, hot tub and seating areas were all very clean and offered a very relaxing environment. We only ate breakfast and lunch at the restaurant and found the offerings to be both delicious a good value. The staff were the real bright spot for us. Everyone to a person that we interacted with during our stay was pleasant, helpful and nice. Overall, we had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay and will definitely book again the next time we visit.
It would help to offer a bit more information at check-in or on the website regarding what is and isn't included in the daily resort fee. Also, the water to our room was turned off so that work could be done in an adjoining room and we weren't given any notice.
Cozy and comfortable chic boutique hotel with thoughtfully decorated with a vintage style. Clean rooms and pool area. Wonderful and attentive staff members. Love the lobby artwork and design. Excellent breakfast buffet.

Great location, personal touches, friendly staff and beautiful water
No help with bags
Everything. Every detail is thought out magically. Food, decor, soaps, lotions, extra friendly staff. Top notch gem.
I can’t think of anything! It is wonderful.
Ambience, Art and Books, Architecture super place and the restaurant for dinner superb.
Breakfast could be improved with French pastries and food kept full
Little oasis in a fantastic location. The team was fantastic from the time we arrived to regularly coming around the pool to see if we needed anything. Nice and quiet, easy parking, a comfy bed and decent blinds to keep the early morning sun out if you wanted a sleep in. Room air con was also great given the hot weather. Breakfast was a nice touch as were the poolside margaritas :)
Two minor points: a couple of things in our room needed fixing and we would have loved tea and not just coffee in the room.
Amazing location and allowing us to detach from our world into a paradise Spacious room. Check in at the bar was amazing the staff was very welcoming and friendly
The property is good , standard 3 star hotel. Feels a bit like a low income housing turned into hotel rooms though. The rooms are dumb. You can feel humidity in there probably due to AC. Breakfast was good also.
The only thing that I didn’t like is staff. 1. They changed me extra money for fees and taxes on the property and the weirdest part on the checkout. I claimed that I fully payed for my stay via booking.comI showed that fees and taxes were included on top of the room price. But they charged me still And were laughing at my accent when I tried to negotiate this issue to me . It was my worst staff experience in my life. I felt scammed and humiliated I want my money back!!! If you wanna good stay and treated nice without paying fees and taxes TWICE

Nice staff, Quiet, clean and close to main strip . I’ve been here many times throughout the years and always go back.

Nothing. We booked through booking.com and at check we were confronted with a $100 per fee. We are staying one night. They informed me it was our mistake to have booked through booking.com and not through their website. Then we would have known. The staff became rude, disrespectful and waived us away. Literally. Yes, cancel and go to a different hotel with a wave hand sign. I was shocked. We drive 5 hours to leave again and went back home.
Horrible experience.

Decor, breakfast bar, toiletries, staff, location
The staff was excellent. Friendly, helpful, kind. When we left, after we got to the airport, I realized I left my favorite jacket at the hotel. I called them and the woman at the front desk DROVE TO THE AIRPORT and met my husband at the curb with it. I was so appreciative! I am very embarrassed that I don't remember her name - my husband thinks it was Andy and I heard Sandy - but she was so kind to do that. They were amazing. The pool area was calm, peaceful and really lovely. They had misters going when it got hot. The pool and hot tub temps were perfect.
We opted for one of the 'Best' rooms. It was lovely, but it needed a couple of improvements... The room was pretty dark - even with every light on. It seemed like the bulbs or the lamps were low voltage - too low for the space. I would have loved brighter ceiling, floor and table lamps. It really was dark - especially since we were on the first floor where people walked by and we felt we couldn't keep the blinds open. Also, we never used the outdoor shower. I thought we would, but the outdoor shower space just wasn't that appealing. There were chairs out there, but the pads were a little dirty and there was *no* view of anything nice. If they faced the mountains, we might have gone out. Also, the AC heatpump was right near the chairs and it was loud. So, all in all, it wasn't a very pleasant place to sit. Luckily, there were *always* plenty of lounge chairs by the pool and our room was a few feet from it, so it really was ok. It's just if I knew this ahead of time, I would have chosen a room upstairs where we could have looked out at the mountains and kept our blinds open during the day.
Everything was perfect! From the minute we walked into the reception area and were greeted by a friendly staff member, to the beautiful blue and white decor throughout, to the delicious food and cocktails, lovely pool, bikes, lounge areas with fireplaces and all within walking distance to all of the shops.
Nothing at all
We absolutely loved the setting, the decor and all the special touches that make this a unique property. It felt very special to stay here and we enjoyed the pool, bikes and just taking in the scenery so close to downtown Palm Springs.
We realize the property is older and that is what contributes to how special it feels to be there. However, a little more attention to the comforts in the room would be ideal such as: our bed was very hard (we have travelled a lot recently and most hotels are putting more of a plush top on the bed), the room filled with light even during the night due to outdoor twinkle lights (black out shades or curtains would be great) and the air conditioning/heating system in our room was not working well and was vibrating the ceiling with a loud hum all night (not very restful). The room decor and beautiful bathroom were great!
