Cons -
- Room service food was terrible! The hotel restaurant ls great but room service food ugh! oh, and also, when we were approaching the hotel, we noticed that the grounds were starting to look unkempt.? weeds everywhere, grass needed mowing, etc
- Late check in time, 3pm is standard
- The staff that handles the morning shift need to receive more training on how to interact with customers. They gave the impression that they don't care about their customers, provide incomplete information, lack of patience
