The grounds are great! The staff courteous, professional and friendly.

No hot water one morning though it was the holiday weekend and there were many families and kids.

Beautiful place great location not to far from attractions or restaurants or to downtown Staff was very friendly

Not so much that i did not like .. just FYI Parking availability to access lobby and restaurant. Stayed in bldg 4 that is a long walk .. had to drive and hope for parking so that we can still walk through a dark area however it was much closer than walking from bldg 4 . Very inconvenient. Would of been nice if we could of access pool from the patio room . Pool bar was closed Other than that all was good

They have two pools, but one is NOT open for two days of the week. They are a “resort” hotel, so I expected to have access to both pools when I booked, but I actually had access to only one.The bathroom has a frosted glass sliding door that doesn’t close all the way (!!), and you can still see the person’s silhouette. It offers almost no privacy, which feels really uncomfortable. I hated it.

Spacious, clean rooms

The elevators were too far from the entrance and from our room.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Pool was nice and had staff available.

We have been going to this hotel since before they changed names. The room was spacious, the bed was comfy. Staff were very professional. Drinks were good!

They were out of towels the entire time we were by the pool and the pool looked kind of cloudy. Maybe best to enforce people shower before they get in. The breakfast menu was somewhat limited and the omlette was a little to salty. Also it used to be that there werent pets and children. We came there for a getaway to celebrate our anniversary and it was a little less relaxing to be surrounded by children. We left ours with grandma so we could have some r’n’r or atleast try to!
