Casa Palma Hotel & Bungalows

Great spot and felt very secluded. Grounds were very well kept, pools and hot tubs were great. Food was excellent!

Bed was very soft and not supportive, and bathroom was not very clean.

They have really put a lot of thought into creating a peaceful, comfortable space to relax. The grounds are beautifully landscaped, the pools are nice and warm and open 24 hours, the beds and bedding are dreamy. Lots of sweet outdoor spaces to hang out. Staff are so friendly and nice! I like that it’s not a “party” place like so many PS hotels, it really focuses on offering a calm environment. Loved our stay!!

It seems like they are still working on staffing, especially in the drink and food service. The hours are pretty limited for that, but when it was available the food was great and the server was so wonderful, although running around like crazy all by herself! It would be nice if they kept the bar room open in the evenings for socializing. Also it would be nice to have coffee in the rooms.

A clean,restful oasis. The staff were excellent and took care of all our needs and questions. I’m looking forward to our stay at Casa Palma.

The grounds of the hotel are great- the pools, tub tubs, fire pits. Lots of outdoor seating. Lots of activities offered. Close to town. Helpful staff.

Only comment was housekeeping wasn’t available every day and one day breakfast wasn’t available but these were minor inconveniences.

Beautifully restored hotel in good location in uptown district of Palm Springs. Lots of amenities like pool, jacuzzi, paddle board, tennis. Staff are all very friendly and helpful.

It's a bit too far to walk downtown.

Excellent vibe, beautiful location with the palma view to the hills. Heated swimming pools and jacuzzi open 24/7, tennis/pickleball courts, biliard, fitness gym.

The outside yard of the hotel was fantastic! Many pools, games, pickleball courts and lounge chairs.

WiFi at least in the second floor was really poor. The shower was broken, then promptly fixed and broken again after turning it on.

Location was good. Close to Rick’s Restaurant for breakfast. Grocery store, CVS, restaurants all close by.

Walls a little thin. Can hear people talking in the next room where the adjoining door is located.

Beautifully appointed room and extremely clean! The location is excellent with amazing views and a fantastic pool area.

It was well taken care of, the tennis court was great and the pools and hot tub were great too. Having a place to eat was also nice though the hours were kind of odd. The staff was wonderful! Friendly, accommodating, and kind.

The sound carried from the hot tub to our room on the other side of the property. It sounded as though people were right underneath us when they were actually quite far. It was disruptive at night. The WiFi was also atrocious. It rarely worked. At this point you expect WiFi to be top notch anywhere you stay.

Not particularly polite or welcoming staff. Uncomfortable beds (memory foam). Weird damp smell in the room. Impractical shower knobs.

- wifi wasn't great- no smart tv- weird smell in the room- pool fountain running all night- loud fridge- gym was dirty- on-site restaurant was closed and when reopened out of bacon- kindness of staff was mixed- shower heat kept changing and was tricky to adjust

Really enjoyed the room, pool and tennis court, beautiful views, conveniently close from the center, the staff were lovely, lunch delicious. Only stayed one night on our way to La Quinta for my partner 40s birthday, it was a wonderful start of the weekend and we will be back.

Nothing, maybe the bed is too soft for my taste but still very comfortable room right in front of the pool, quiet and clean.
