Room, facilities s stellar, location and hot tub.

No checking staff, all electric tech great, except power failed twice in wind storm which could have locked us out.

The Cactai exceeded my expectations. I think this little boutique hotel is the best value in Palm Springs. Not a luxury resort, limited amenities, small pool with nice lounges, but the rooms are cute, nice kitchenette with coffee and Expresso provided. Even a Toto toilet with heated seat.

Was advertised as having a kitchenette . It did not . No staff .

Wonderful stay at the Cactai! Beautiful property and comfortable and well designed rooms. Nice common area and pool, the property is not big, but the room are well insulated, and have tinted windows for privacy. We also appreciated the dog friendly environment. We actually ended up extending our stay because we didn't want to leave! Highly recommended.

The bidet is a GREAT touch and the bathrooms are really well appointed.

I would add a large area rug under the couch and coffee tablet to break up the tile floor and add texture and warmth to the room. It will significantly increase the comfort and decrease the industrial feel of the building materials.

The pool and hottub were enjoyable.

There was no housekeeping or fresh towel service throughout my five dsy stay..The property staff was slow to respond to requests. Lastly, I was inaccurately charged for minibar items.

Location was great, close enough to everything yet a little out of the way.

Bed was very uncomfortable, didn't realize that this site was handled remotely with no facility staff other than housekeeping so everything is done through texting -I prefer speaking to someone face to face, Not a lot of instruction upfront but we figured it out, walls very thin - you can hear everything happening next door or outside, and finally though the room was larger than most, lacked a lot of charm or warmth-felt more like staying in someone's garage then a motel. To each his own

We enjoyed our room and lounging poolside.

There was a lot of noise from the room above us. I don’t know if there is poor insulation between the floors or if our neighbors were especially loud but there was a lot of noise every night.

The property was clean, quiet, and had a nice pool.

The room had a funny smell. We purchased a deodorizer to help eliminate the odor. The location is not walkable to restaurants or other attractions.

Really cute and quality amenities. Loved having our dogs and a back patio. We had traveled all day from Mexico and just wanted to cook a meal and shower. Definitely plan to come back next year and stay a bit longer. The location is great as it's just off the main street. And quiet.

Needed a pan to boil pasta. Had to use a skillet. ?

We LOVED our suite at the Cactai! Structure is exquisitely well designed and maintained, lots of love and care in every detail. We regret only staying one night, the suite had everything for a longer stay. The place is so well designed, it’s a mid century modern paradise. We will definitely stay here again!
