Quiet, private, peaceful! Spacious jacuzzi suites with kitchen, 3-5 steps to either of the 2 pools, lovely design and decor of facilities, location to restaurants and activities, pet friendly, great staff.

Our suite had no door between the living room and bedroom. No big deal though.

The staff were all extremely friendly, warm and welcoming. The property was so quiet and relaxing. We loved sitting by the fire pit and just taking in the peace and quiet. The added bonus was the hot tub, we loved that every suite has one and the patio was private and and your own oasis. Just an amazing experience from beginning to end, I will be coming back to this property.

Tranquil facilities, quiet. An oasis near the main strip.

No windows, just glass doors so there's no way to open the room to get in fresh air without letting in bugs.

    Everything was beautiful and cozy.

They need to do something about the mosquitoes. I could not enjoy the pool area, the private terrace or my room, I ended up not even wanting to spend time in the location because of the outrageous amount of mosquitoes. My friend was staying at a different hotel a few blocks away and said he did not have that problem, so this is a specific issue with the plants they chose to have or they need to be spraying the property because it really killed the vibe and experience.

Close to down town. Was private, quiet and relaxing. Pool was 24/7.

There was nothing we didn't like.

was clean and liked the private patio/

staff was horrible. very rude. Nobody was able to let me in upon arrival despite fact I received email confirming that staff knew and approved of the arrival time and would be there to greet me...had to call repeatedly, and when there was finally an answer, she was very rude. When I was finally able to get into the room, the code did not work so i was unable to leave the room and close the door so did not get to use the amenities. the next day i extended and they finally got a door code that worked and charged same card then an hour later i got a text that i needed to go to office with my id and card and that they closed at 6pm. I then got a text 20min later saying that they cancelled my room reservation and if i wanted it (i called back) staff said the only way i could reserve a room is if i went in to office in person and did it on site even though i made my reservation night before on a website that they advertise on she said no i could not use that site but when i checked the hotel was still listed. I was going to go back but screw that it was fathers day i had already left town and she was just so incredibly rude and not accommodating, and the texts that I received and emails were telling me different than what she was then saying on the phone. excuse my typos- whole point is staff was super rude, loved the hotel but will not be going back due to how inconvenient and unwelcoming the staff made the entire process. THEY NEED TO HIRE STAFF THAT IS AS NICE AND WELCOMING AS THE PROPERTY ITSELF!!HORRIBLE!

Loved everything about this place. The earthy, nature, bohemian vibe was amazing and very relaxing. Very close/walking distance to downtown palm springs and casino - lots of great shopping and restaurants.

    N/a - loved everything.

We enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere, downtown location and relaxing in the private back patio. Loved the comfy bed and room decor. We will be back.

Gorgeous charming 1920’s property. Lovely courtyard layout. More lush landscaping than almost anywhere else in Palm Springs. Fabulous location. Each room has its own private hot tub spa, and in our room. (Gold) it was in our little private courtyard. It was too cold (January) for the 2pools, but we loved the fire pit. Room was gorgeous and comfy. We didn’t get a chance to use the free bikes but hopefully next time.Great place!

I stayed alone as a birthday gift to myself. Loved the hot tub outside the room and just the quietness of the area. The staff was friendly as wrte other guest. Definitely booking again, my new r&r place. Love the closeness to shops and restaurants I walked the streets.

I loved the cozy, individual feel of the hotel as it was not like the typical big box resorts that are usually in town. I did not feel crowded and the vibe was very unique.

That we had to get all our needs attended to by staff between 9:00am and 6:00 pm. But they were very attentive to answering texts.

The location was great, right in downtown Palm Springs.
