Loved the look of the pool area and the rooms are beautiful

The air conditioning were not working well The pool chairs needed new cushions

I loved the location, not in the center, so it was quiet, but still accessible to downtown, and the neighborhood was beautiful. Staff were excellent; Michael was very helpful with recommendations and accommodating/knowledgeable with requests/questions. I enjoyed the breakfast and lounge area; excellent breakfast and lovely place to hang out.The ambiance was fantastic; music, details, and decor all contributed to a comfortable, relaxing, upscale vibe.

Great location, beautiful pool area. Breakfast was great and bed was really comfy.

Bathroom needs some TLC. Ants coming in through cracks in the wall where it meets the floor tile.

We absolutely loved this hotel, one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. The facilities were spotless, the staff were very helpful. The pool area was very relaxing in the heat

I love the boutique fell. All guests were super friendly and so were the staff. The breakfast spread was also 10/10, there was a greet selection of food and the seating arrangement made it so easy to interact with other guests. The photos perfectly show the hotel and are 100% accurate.

We stayed in the suite and it was dusty in the corners. Overall I felt that a lot more attention should’ve been paid to the cleaning.

The relaxed vibe, comfortable, spacious and well-designed rooms and the overall layout of the rooms around the pool. Friendly hosts, excellent breakfast, drinks and snacks. Good location with a view of the mountains.

They were amazing, my car hand break got stuck I asked for a referral for a body shop, they surprised me with a person that works with cars came to the hotel and fix the problem didn’t even want to take a tip. That was amazing and saved me a lot of timeThank you

We can't describe enough how nice Staisa & Ana were. We had a nice conversation with both of them. They explained everything to us and they even suggest us few places to visit. The hotel is extremely nice.. you can't get enough of it.. they even have Netflix that was a nice surprise.. Super comfortable bed, very nice decoration that makes you feel even more relaxed.Very clean, spacious bathroom, water and ice 24/4.Nice homemade breakfast.

The only thing to say is that the swimming pool could be a bit cleaner.

The cleanliness, service provided by the team exceeded my expectations. It was a wonderful spot to celebrate my birthday weekend at with my spouse.

Absolutely everything! We stayed here for 3 nights as a couple who have travelled US for a month and needed a rest before the trip back home to Australia. This place exceeded our expectations. Very relaxing and the fact it was adults only was a big bonus for us when it came to pool time. Breakfasts were a lovely way to start day with a great selection.

The rooms were very cozy.

The air conditioning was very loud, and the pool deck felt like instagram influencers took over. Lots of people filming themselves and taking photos. Not a cool vibe.

Charming, peaceful, and intimate — the perfect romantic escape. Our room was incredibly spacious, spotless, and featured a super comfortable bed. The jacuzzi and private outdoor patio were such a wonderful touch, adding to the relaxing atmosphere. We felt right at home and would absolutely stay again.The shared pool area was cozy yet never felt crowded, with plenty of loungers and quiet corners to unwind. After a busy holiday, this was the ideal place to slow down and recharge. For couples seeking a quiet, luxurious hideaway, this spot is a standout — easily one of the best places we’ve stayed in Palm Springs

Bed sheets were dirty. Staff was rude. When we tried to say that bef sheets were dirty staff didnt't care about it.

Loved the vibe, loved the music played at the pool, loved the breakfast in the morning, the bar in the common area was so cute! Staff was lovely! Smelled awesome! Great stay!!

The front desk guy was rude and unfriendly. He did NOTHING to make us feel welcome or comfortable. Beds were comfy.

Hire a friendly staff to welcome guest. Give copies of additional purchases. The cocktail thing was weird. Booze was set out like you were to fix yourself....people got yelled at.

A beautiful little hotel. I loved the décor and ambiance. My room was so adorable and spacious.It was so calm and quite, perfect.

Check in- there was a person in front of me and it seemed to take a long time to check it. I was tired and it would have been nice if the staff instructed me to have a seat and they'd be with me next. A better welcome I suppose. The staff was super friendly and admitted they were learning however. There was a lovely arrangement of wines and liquors on the table. I always think a complimentary drink at check in is classy. These were for purchase however.
