Alcazar Palm Springs

Cute hotel, nice room with patio, great bedding. A block to Palm Canyon and all the shopping. Great continental breakfast, reserved parking for guests, really nice staff!

Very central to restaurants. Very relaxing & clean

Sometimes there was a bad smell of mildew. Probably from the water misters and the intense heat

It was bright and modern with nice amenities. I loved the courtyard and pool area.

One room had a toilet that would run very loudly every 15-30min. I think it was room 37.

We like that its not a huge property with a bunch a kids running around. Quite and great for couples. Great staff and cleaning crew.

Unique style, large outdoor patio, close to Design District

Our room was too close to the busy road and was noisy. Also, there was no desk clerk in the morning until 9:00 a.m. No coffee in the room and was unable to find coffee downstairs.

The location is great, The pool and hot tub were very nice. The rooms are nice as well. The morning Pastries were very good.

Very noisy with helicopters and sirens. Walk ability is great but you won’t get sleep

Lovely setting in a great location for walking Palm Springs. Small hotel with lots of well-regarded restaurants nearby. Was traveling alone and always felt safe. Also, my room had one of the most flattering full length mirrors I’ve ever stood in front of

A little loud in the morning by my room location with service carts, etc moving around. A valuables safe would be a nice addition.

Convenient walking distance to shops and restaurants. Coffee, tea and pastries were great. Pool area was relaxing as well.

Bathroom sink drain was clogged and the walls were very thin. We could hear the couple in the room next to us talking.

Location was perfect to restaurants. The pool area was nice.

Wish the pool was open 24 hr so you could go in the jacuzzi early in the morning.

The property was quaint, quiet and clean. Location was perfect. Close to all shops and restaurants. The bed was comfy. The towels were of good quality.

The cleanliness of the property and the room was excellent. That’s super important to me and I was very impressed. The staff were friendly and helpful. Comfy bed and walkable distance to so many restaurants and entertainment. Definitely will be back for another stay. Loved it!

Great location right in the heart of the action and TJ at the front desk was lovely and very helpful. The pool is stunning and rooms are clean. We loved our stay!

Great location

Out AC was flooding water so we had to turn it off and had not temperature control for 2 nights. There were no other rooms to move us too and they only offered us $50. When they charged over $600 for 2 nights

The outside Spanish architecture was very alluring, but once inside the design was mismatched, modern and minimalistic. It was a little bit of a trickster situation, not what I expected. We use the Jacuzzi in the pool area, which was very clean and we like the fireplace in the room

Overall, very disappointed with the quality of this property. The workmanship in the room was Shawty. There was no padding under the carpet, so it was very hard every time you walked in the room. Even though the vibe was sort of modern minimalistic, there was no artwork or pictures on the wall, strange. The caulking in the bathroom was poor workmanship. There was even this little alcove on the side of the room that would’ve been perfect for a cozy sofa, kind of sitting relaxing area and it had one chair that was small and it looked so empty and just really all the designs seem like an afterthought. The worst was the buffet breakfast in the morning was a joke. They had 1“ x 2“ tiny little chocolate croissants that are the kind that you get at Smart and final or something. They had two types of teabags available and one type of coffee. I think there were bags of potato chips also. The front desk staff that we encountered once on the evening check-in and then again in the morning seemed very uninterested and aloof. Overall, a very disappointing hotel experience for the amount of money that they charged . Find another cute boutique place nearby and keep driving by this one.
