I loved the Spanish architecture throughout the hotel, infused ice water in the lobby and by the pool, the pool was relaxing with classic jazz playing, and the rooms were cozy.

I called ahead of time letting the front desk know my flight was delayed and that I¿d be checking in really late. The agent offered a late check out at 2p, however when I checked in I was told the latest I could check out was 1pm.

Yes Main Door Needs to be more seal door was to loose! it feel like it was open but it wasn't Pool the Litle one needs to be clean from the leaf that falls from the plant.

Very comfortable bed. Quiet room. Spacious.

Water took forever to get hot. No bathtub.

Leaving

There were bugs crawling at the bottom of the pool. Search for back swimmers and water boatmans to see what bug problem they had. I contacted Marriott and the front office manager said that it was out of their control. Never staying here again!

The hotel is clean, the staff very helpful and nice. The room was very clean and up to date, we loved the balcony. I would stay there again.

There is no self parking only valet.

Pool bar/restaurant closes by 4pm. Too early!

location and quaintness

no service for rooms. trash removal and towel service needed to be requested. I have stayed at many hotels during Covid where there is still daily service to make beds and clean up. Also, the pool bar was only open from 9 am- 12.

Great room

Check-in was slow. We arrived early and had to wait almost three hours for our room.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in all areas. The courtesy of the man that checked me in late at night was outstanding. He went above and beyond to escort my children and I to our room.

Room had something, likely coffee, dripping off furniture. You’d think with COVID it would have been cleaned thoroughly. They certainly shut down and restaurant and bar early due to COVID. Someone so drunk at the pool they needed to be carried away.

too many gates to get in and out of the hotel from our room..

It was lovely except our air conditioning did not work and when finally move, we were moved to a room a fifth of our previous rooms size and the new room was infested with bugs.

Very nice place. We enjoyed our stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Had a great breakfast at the restaurant. The room we had was one of the older rooms, but it was very clean and comfortable. Workout facility was good with working, modern equipment.

The room was a little dated. But it was clean and everything was operational. Nice flat screen television.

It was easy to navagiate, checkin, very friendly, spotless,and quiet.The bar area was inviting and breakfast was fine.Valet service much apprectiated and a cut above most hotels.Ice cold water flavored with lime in the lobby welcomed us-details make it!

There is no downside to this rare place.

The manager as well as all front desk staff was very courteous and informative.

They charged other cost to me. It was not expected.

We had several things break in our hotel room.
