Pros +
- Nice place to stay, close to town but far enough away! Very quiet, staff was helpful and friendly
- Room lovely but sofa was covered in a gummy solution.
- Breakfast was awesome
Cons -
- I don’t like to grip about little things, The couch in the room I was in was a bit worn, we had a kitchen but no dish soap, only dishwasher tablets, we didn’t use enough plates and such to warrant running the DW, but we had no choice but to run it with a few dishes
- Office Manager was horrible. I had booked the wrong room and after asking to change room she advised us the Hotel was fully booked. We looked on line and there were three rooms left. After returning from dinner we spoke to the receptionist and she was able to get me the room I wanted. The difference between both employees was one cared to acomatdate us the other didn't. Note OM said " by the way you booked from a third party and I can't help you. Please note we loved our stay because the receptionist was very helpful.
