No AC, broken fan, mildewy bathroom, useless Wi-Fi—only works in the parking lot, and in a cell service in this dead zone. Staff don’t care.

Needs more outside nite lighting, too dark when I returned to my room at 11:00pm

The location and that it had a kitchen with dining table.

The Wi-Fi just did not work right in my room. The stove needed repair, could not use oven. I always had to light a burner if I wanted to use more than one. Old stove needs replacing or fixed.

The bed, linens, and pillows were awful. Bed was soft/formless, pillows and linens were just cheap and scratchy.

This place is beautiful and clean. The room we stayed was a studio with gas Chiminey. We loved it and would definitely go back soon!

Included continental breakfast and perfect location walking distance to Asilomar beach, close driving to Monterey Aquarium and restaurants. Room had kitchen and spacious.

Ants in bathroom and on our bed, Staff just brushed it off, said it is that tume of year, smoke detector not secure on ceiling, hanging by wires.

The breakfast was a snack at best. Quality of food was fine but selection was a banana, couple of muffins, a donut, and coffee/tea. Mattress was very soft (backache soft), we had an electrical problem in the bathroom always that tripped the GFI circuit.

The room I booked was not the room I ended up with.

This was a very quiet hotel. Actually PG would call it a motel. Most of the parking places were full but I could not hear any sounds from people from our room. I also liked the firepits and patios for night time gatherings. Very nice place.

Rooms are small. TV had to be reset before it worked. Breakfast was served between 8 and 10 .a.m., which was too late for us.

Close proximity to beach, clean, decor.

Room was smaller than expected, but comfortable.

Peaceful grounds, fireplace in common area, nicely decorated room and good shower. We also really appreciated being able to do a late check-out by request.

Bed was uncomfortably soft, and we were disappointed the hot tub was down for service during our visit.

We arrived late and probably woke the staff but they remainded friendly! Wonderful location. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Appreciated the discounted aquarium passes!

Shower fixtures could be updated. Hot and cold water faucets don't turn off appropriately/completely and it would be nice to have a taller shower head. Provide extra (soft) blankets in room and consider a fan for warmer days.

The location was nice. The single level private rooms.

They served a continental breakfast with packaged oatmeal, half Costco muffins and bananas that were so green they would have needed another week to ripen which is maddening because why even put them out? It was disappointing.

Convenient location, plenty of parking, good value.

Office closes at 10, and doesn't reopen until 8 a.m.----a bit late for the coffee, juice, muffins, and fresh fruit. Office staff were polite and helpful. Doors use old keys, which makes for a feeling of lack of security. Shower handle was very loose.

We got a very nice room for a great price. From outside the buildings seem very modest, but they spend all of their energy on making the rooms great. Hotel Employee at the front desk was very kind and helpful. Morning juice and muffins were a treat.

They are filling in their swimming pool.
