The Refund but the location is great

AC was not working, no parking, room had strong smell of bleach, stains on bedding and very very dated. Checked out immediately.

The salt water taffy at the front desk was great.

Rooms where very run down and hadn’t been refurbished maybe every.

The location was ok for car week

No AC. The room was VERY hot.

Outdated appliances, poor layout, lacked toiletries, unattractive and outdate decor

Close to beach and Hearst Castle

From the pictures that I looked at prior to booking, I thought I would have beach access, view or something. All I could see was a parking lot. There is no microwave, the fridge was tiny and in bad need of defrosting.

One step in walked out & closed the door & will be charging back the transaction for services not rendered and not as described. The hotel smells no private bath sink area and so extremely outdated it should be closed up and remodeled. Disappointed !!!

The view of the Pacific Ocean was priceless. No air conditioning was a slight problem for us. The hotel is too pricey for not having air conditioning.

The only thing this place has going for it is the proximity to the ocean. It¿s in a very cute and secluded area.

The place is really run down and in need of a lot of repairs. The place smelled of mildew.

Great location literally a block from the beach and loved the view during the morning into afternoon! Saw many whales feeding and migrating from a great eye view! Lots of sounds of waves and ocean life a great experience better than expected

Parking was hard because my car is to low for the under garage but the guy at the front desk was so helpful he let me park in a parking lot that was reserved and kept an eye on my car very much loved the staff I will stay again for sure!

I liked the location

Yes, the room was very bad. The sliding door was not jammed and almost caused a hernia, the shutter on the sliding door would not stay closed, we had to put a chair against it to keep it closed, the ceiling fan didn't work,the heater didn't work,etc.

The room was terrible. Looked nothing like the picture. Price was way to high for them to have a sign that says breakfast was not included. They should have reduced the price.

Good location. TV was nice

Very limited parking. Heater was broken in room, all they had for heat was a space heater. Jacuzzi tub in bathroom was broken.

Location by the beach

We expected the breakfast because it was posted but found out it was not available because of Covid-19.

Close to the ocean.

Too old. Rooms need updated. No air conditioning. Much too noisy with people partying on the balcony late at night.

Ocean view walking, distance to the aquarium and the staff have always been great!

If I HAD to pick something I did not like I would say carpet in the rooms. That would be for any hotel for me tho

No everything was perfect

Location close to the water and right next to scenic Lover's Point. Good restaurant within easy walking distance with excellent and reasonably priced menu. Free breakfast menu was limited, but had excellent toasted raisin toast and sweet tangerines.

The single elevator did not work on any of the three days we stayed there. Exterior stairs to the upper floors was in poor shape with support posts completed rusted through in several spots. Fairly pricey for what you get.
