- the roominess of the place and that it was in a quiet location
- we were given a free upgrade when we explained that my wife has mobility issues. The complex itself is very "un" hotel like... cozy and comfortable, more like a small apartment or condo rental. Within walking distance to a great state park and beach

- The breakfast area is too small.
- No coffee shops in walking distance
- nothing. It was a little complicated to find but that is minor andprobably part of the charm of the place.
