The water pressure is soooo low it takes 20 minutes to shower and rinse shampoo and conditioner, and the hot water takes 2 - 3 minutes to reach faucets. For $---/night it should be better.

While clean, the amenities were less than satisfactory. The pillows poor quality and the beds not comfortable at all. Room did not look like the photos. Also 5he outside fire pit was not lit, group sat around it with a small lit candle?????.

Walking distance from the beach.

The electric stove was a bit stained, but it worked.

Clean and convient location for activities in Monterey

Although there was a microwave and refrigerator in the room, there were no chairs or small table to eat on, forcing us to sit on the bed to drink coffee and eat. This would have been helpful to have in the room.

The 1 bed Queen rooms are quiet vs the cottages, which have the Cafe behind them! I'd stay in these again. Easy close parking. Lovely grounds with mossy trees. Heater worked well. Not too noisy. Best of all there is mini fridge acr fridge and microwave!

Bathroom is small, no place to put your things. The floor is non-carpet which is fine but having a dust-mop would have been nice do to sand coming in. One Ice Machine that we could see for all the rooms.no ice bucket Walls very thin, Internet spotty

The room was nice size and roomy, clean hotel comfortable beds and I really like the fire pit. Front office gentleman was very nice and accommodating

We could not figure out the stove but other than that we really like the room

Actually there are several things. The staff was extremely helpful, the closeness to the beach, and the room with kitchen.

The bathroom should have bars to hold onto, for seniors (like us) who are a little unstable. Especially on the wall of the bath tub.

We had a wonderful stay at the Sea Breeze Inn. Wonderful little property, nicely appointed room with kitchenette and close to all local attractions. Also pet friendly and perfect for waling our dogs. We would definitely stay there again!

Check in was at a neighboring property. Wished I had know prior to arrival. Minor inconvenience.

Location and price.

No office staff/had to check-in down the block and around the corner. No breakfast. Spartan room, and worst of all, lipstick left on the coffee mug.

Short walk to the beach and just a bit longer to restaurants. Spacious two bed room with microwave and fridge. Staff was courteous and quick to respond when we needed help with the heater. Nice fire pit outside. Wished we had brought marshmallows!

Room was very cold when we came in. Heater was not working. Turned out that the pilot light was out and this was resolved quickly. There was no breakfast offered due to covid, but it's a very short trip to some great breakfast places.

The bungalow we stayed at was great. I like how it's a single unit and not attached to another like others that we saw in the area.

The walls are definitely thinner than we thought. We could hear everything what was going on outside

Great area, the monarch sanctuary is a 5 minute walk away. Downtown is pretty close too and Lover's Point is so nice to walk around when you're waiting for your dinner reservation. The man who checked us in was very friendly, our room was cozy.

My only complaint that was pretty annoying was the staff were cleaning rooms before 11am, so our room next door when they were cleaning it, we could hear everything: the vacuum, shutting doors, women talking very loudly.

Due to Covid, no breakfast. Un aware of this prior to Check in. Was there for a Bike ride. Need breakfast to Fuel up before riding 30 miles.

Due to Pandemic, no breakfast. I did a Bike ride to Carmel. Had to fuel on my own.

Location - Close to Monterey and Carmel Staff was helpful when we raised concern over the cleanliness and other issues.

Cleanliness issue(with Covid this was concerning). The lotion in the bathroom was used and not replaced. Floors were dirty,our feet/soles were black within minutes. Staff had mask under their noses no gloves. There was a cut toe nail in the blanket.

Independent cottage, ideal for pet lovers, large area to walk dog within the hotels grounds, fully equipped kitchen, close to beach and down town, quiet.

It was close by to where I was heading the next day
