I like it better than motel 6 is crappy

I like everything about it

Website says breakfast and business center it does not have either. The business center was a must for this stay and we had to find another source. I would not recommend this motel.

Plenty of room for boat parking, central location

Room wasn't great, towels were like paper, TP was the worst I've ever used and there were cockroaches! Lot's of unsavory people walking around at night. Cops were called at least once. Should be around $--- to stay there...

Parking, lots of parking

Ppl next door was load, room was hot, AC did not cool off room, huge cockroach¿s in the room.

Shower didn't work in first room, second room was dirty and the beds are uncomfortable, towels had hair on them, bathtub didn't have a plug to take a bath

Convenience to restaurants shopping and swimming in the river

The floor dirty and blanket has food/dirt crumbs. Light in the hallway to bathroom dead. Ceiling fan not working. Smell very bad. Had to change room.

It was close to casinos

There was no customer service at all. I ask that the tv did not work, no shampoo, no hand soap and did not care at all when to the store and got what I needed, tv I try and try and give up. Hope this does not happen to someone else.

Location 0f property and staff were very good.

Room floor was dirty and there was no advertised breakfast the next day. The exterior of the property needs a face lift and is a bit run down. The price of the room was too high considering the condition of this Motel and the lack of advertized breakfast

There was literally nothing to like at all.

A total dump and a total rip-off as I stated earlier. The Motel was old, run down, outdated, no Lobby staff for assistance, just a night window with one person that isn't open for 24 hour service, no Lobby for a continental breakfast, no running hot water in the shower, broken interior door lock on the front motel room door, no discount or accommodations given for not having any hot water in the shower.

Location

Was not very clean. When we made the reservation we asked for a handicapped room. When we arrived they didn¿t have any! We asked for a shower chair but never got one.

After staying the first night we we're given option of extending our stay at a $30 discount but after the 5th night the price to extend room for another night increased to first nights price. A $30 increase

Old but fairly clean. Convenient location but noisy.

Large room and quiet during the night.

Older facility and bed was on the hard side. Ice machine was not working and the continental breakfast was not offered.

The picture on the booking showed a Jacuzzi tub and then the price of the room but it turned out that was the wrong picture for the room that I reserved and I didn’t know this until I got there

The information about the location should not have said there was a breakfast included if there’s no breakfast included it’s plenty time past Covid and they can be doing breakfast with Covid in mind safely if they’re not gonna do it remove it from the advertisement because that was one other person that’s trying

The staffer were friendly and professional.

The floors were very dirty. Just walking on the floor for literally five minutes, my socks were black. Also the pot smell went from room to room...

The young lady who checked me in was really nice and quick to check us in.

Floor could have been cleaned a little better. Toilet did not flush properly, bathroom was a bit dirty and smelled.

The people were delightful and helpful.

Breakfast was advertised but not provided - due to Covid. Other hotels that advertise breakfast make a to go bag or change their online information.
