The breakfast was nice

We were not told about having to pay $5 a day to park. This was an unexpected expense and should be refunded since we weren’t told in advance of our stay. Also, our room was not cleaned on either Saturday or Sunday, not sure if that is normal

Yes, the fact that when I checked in, they demanded that I give him my debit card for incidentals period they ended up charging me a $100. And I'm still waiting for it to come back to my card. They will not give me a receipt. So I could show my bank

Clean and comfortable

Unfortunately, during my recent stay, the hotel power was out from 12am to 6:30am due to solar panel upgrades.

Breakfast, hot tub and swimming pool.

The pool is opened year round, and the breakfast is good!

Cleanliness

Asked 2 employees at desk: is ice available? Where is it located? What is price of drinks in vending machine? How to get to next town? How far is it? Is next town on 99 or 70? Neither one could answer these questions. Very odd

The renovations of our room and the hotel are excellent; the entire hotel has a just built look and feel. The room is spacious and clean. The breakfast was very good and well stocked at all times. All the hotel staff was friendly, polite and helpful.

The hotel is very clean, modern, up to date, well-maintained. The front desk gentlemen were very polite and friendly. Completely smoke free!!! Comfy bed.

Breakfast only. Everything else was a complete fail.

Elevator didn¿t work. No housekeeping came to change our bedding and give us new towels. Front desk was rude. No bedding was provided for the pull out sofa bed. Complete let down.

Room was clean and bed comfortable. Due to COVID, breakfast was a togo style. However, the food available for choices wasn't bad.

I arrived late the woman working the front desk told me no rooms were available.I pulled out my phone and said Maybe I’ll just look on my app the response given to me was we just tell people that but most people don’t have a phone to look

It was clean inside and the pool was nice.

No ashtrays outside, cigarette butts and garbage in patio area. On our 3rd day we woke up at 4 am because our room smelled intensely of pot smoke. And our last day someone was stomping around in the room above us also about 4am. Not worth it for the price

Location - Right next to a Sonic & Starbucks!

No hot breakfast was served...Thanks 'hotel employee'..... :/ BUT there were still decent breakfast options!

Lady at the front desk at check out was rude and bothered by people that chose to check out instead of just leave.
