Sands Motel by Ontario Airport & Toyota Arena

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Rooms have an upgrade that is very nice and the room is pretty big. Love that it's a 1 story motel

Very bad didn't help get in room have a new born baby and got charged on my card and had to be in the sun with my baby so dislappointing

They didn't let me get in my room because I didn't show up the day I was supposed to

Only thing good about this place is the location

The hotel staff was rude he did not answer any questions his response was ¿GOOGLE IT¿

Upon arrival at the hotel it seemed very quiet but throughout the night there seemed to be some people working in the room next door like banging an power tools could be heard and the door was opening an slamming all through the night

Now the price for the room wasn¿t too bad but the little prick behind the counter wasn¿t very professional what so ever. For some reason I was charged an additional $50 dollars and for some reason when I called he wasn¿t even able to give me a reasoni

I loved that the rooms were very clean and the gentleman who helped us out was very nice and very professional...

Nothing. This hotel is not worth your time.the lady is rude and you can barely understand what she is saying .they dont allow any body xtra .No guests.and they monitor your comming and going.

Everthing is bad.the lady's attitude to the zero guests. Isn't renting a room all about being able to rendezvous with a friend or friends privately .with no problem? What should it matter who you have over.

Manager was very rude and a lair. I called 6 times for help and he will say one thing and change his mind. Also told reps different lies. His wife made racial comment. I have recorded conversation with him supporting my reply. Having to fright for refund

It's was nice
